When did you cast the chart? If it is on same day when you post your question then it is something wrong because on that date Mercury was rx but in this chart it is not!

So, you are Sun and Moon he is Saturn.
We don't have undisturbed aspects between rulers, so that would be a No answer to your question. But Saturn is the ruler of the 7th house that is STRICTURES and WARNINGS of reading chart, so I may be wrong.
