 My question is,if will be able to find some stable friendships from this year and then,are there people around i could make friends with?

Saturn is in the 7th house, it renders the
chart unreadable.
You are the Sun and Moon, thr friend is Mercury. Moon is VOC. That would be No answer.
But, Sun is in House of Joy and has applying aspect with POF, so maybe answer is Yes!
