I haven't heard of this specific technique,but I am sure it is included therein in many recordings that I have been religiously listening to last year- when my life at work reached a cauldron state of depression.

Abraham/Abraham Hicks has been echoing my sentiments on things that I have pondered before I knew such a teacher existed.

It is interesting how, it seems, she has words for things which I've felt, but not had the ability to enunciate. I feel that she is more of a "kindred spirit" than some "supreme intelligence" actually.

My success story; I have been able to recognize my patterns of thoughts and their connection to my feelings.

As, a result, I am more diligent in re-directing and focusing my thoughts in things that can only(and will only) afford me content and peace.

I still haven't yet internalized a lot of her teachings; mostly because I understand them from an intellectual perspective, but this is not enough. Experience is by far the best teacher.

I'll get back to you when I have manifested what is my deepest desire because I am following all the steps.

I wanted to somehow try to tell people that want love that they have to Be Love, in a sense.

Because if you yearn for something that means you don't have it.

You have to somehow hold it in your Heart, and Radiate that.

Then you Manifest it.

Of course, it is always a Big Decision, asking for something.

Be Sure that it is what you Truly Desire.

So we can say that the weather has nothing to do with feelings.We can also extend that and say that "reality" and what you "see" cannot be confirmations of how you feel .

There is a story I read a while ago from Conversations with God(don't judge the title ,its not as cheesy as it sounds).

This story was about how the Universe came to be. It's poetic essence still haunts me to this day;

"Source sought to "know" itself and in so doing, created the other" of itself. This was the only way that Source could look back into itself and "know" what it was.

This you call "contrast", "the opposite","the devil",theory of relativity," the fall of Adam and Eve" etc. All plausible stories for your mind to conceive what your soul knows , but can barely enunciate."

So whatever your desire, however big, it is(at its base)the same as mine, the same as your neighbors, the same as your friend's and everyone else on the planet.

The desire is translated to the "Universe" as one thing and one thing only; Happiness.

The "Universe" then understands that , at the base of your desire, is "happiness". This is the vibration it works with.

But there is also,on the other side of this coin, the other result. The result being "lack of happiness": This is the "contrast" spoken of.

But in order to receive the desire that you want, you must be aligned to what the "Universe" reads at the base of every desire: Happiness.

So this is truly then the most challenging of all things. How can I be "happy" if I haven't gotten what I want? How can I be "happy" when the world around me is otherwise? How can I be "happy" when there is nothing to be "happy" about?

This, however, you must find a way of being.For we know, from the Summer's day example, that external reality is not a reflection of how a person feels.The only evidence of anything "real" is how you feel

You must find a way of making the deepest part of you aligned to what the "Universe" can understand -Happiness.

This you cannot do "sometimes", "once in a while", "when the mood strikes you" etc. It has to be an intent that is woven into the fabric of your way of life. It has to be intrinsic; Chosen again and again.

So how long do I have to be "happy" in order for these things to manifest? This question can only be asked by a person who is not happy and feels that they have to "trade off" the "not happiness" for the more "taxing" feeling of being happy.

And this is what the "Universe" feels from you. It feels this question and it feels it from the base of unhappiness. So you cannot "trick" it into giving what is on the vibrational level of "happiness" whilst you yourself are not intrinsically there.

Get happy. Get happy. Get Happy. Make this your way of life and what you are about. Not "sometimes", not "when the mood strikes me" and definitely not "when there is a reason to feel happy", but all the time.

I still struggle very much with keeping my intellect and mind in check, and relaxing enough to allow my feelings to bloom. My mind jumps all over the ideas I get.

When transiting Mercury enters Cancer, maybe things will simmer down. I have Mercury conjunct Mercury Gemini in these next days. Also just had Jupiter Return this morning, with my Saturn Return (2nd) simultaneously.

I'm just soooo excited about astrology, and HERE now, I'm "living it"....
