The scientific proof that immortality is true, already exist, and it has been existing from the very first beginning. The one- cell organism, amoeba, never actually dies. It keeps dividing it self over and over again, without leaving any corps behind. Exactly what we can continouing doing, and we actually are doing that every second with our cells, but then most of us get this stupid idea that we have to die, and we stop.IP: Logged |

Funny choice of words, Peri. It normal, some people are afraid of the idea, and some people are exhilerated by the idea. Me, I absolutely LOVE the idea of being Immortal, I have such drive and passion to achieve this. Yet, when I mention it to friends, or even family (I don't anymore, it causes problems..lol)they look at me with a strange worrying look in their eyes...like they're thinking "what an aweful thing to want to do"... Oh well... Loe, I liked what you wrote, it's so true. ------------------ Your attitude determines your altitude Wonder of it All

I agree with Sunchild, I have so many books to read!!!! and why should I say "so many books so little time!!!" I have time!! I roll my eyes when friends say, I would'nt want to live forever....so...you want to die? IF so then why not just end it now. Just think all those scientist that are looking for the cures that are right under their noses, in their gardens...maybe if they live forever they're finally see it! and the Mass murderer or terrible politician who did something unforgettable, if they passed on, the world would forget them, but if they were still here immortally, they would slumber in their shame for ever!!! Of course they could end it all, if they Really wanted to, but what fool would do that. Just think, the power to live forever, then teach your children to live forever! You would be together forever!! Now the good book talks about a time when all will be judged and we will live forever. Can't really say I care what it says as far as that, BUT if all that lived came back, would the earth really be crowded. I think overpopulation is such a farse... IF we lived forever we would sure evolve to a point were AlL loved the earth and would surely give her what she really needs...LOVE. AND just like old age, immortality would surely dampen sexual drive, because all wouldn't be crazed over carrying their line on and on. Their would be less children..(unless you lived in UTAH) but those smaller numbers would live forever. Just think if Hawkins and Kaku got to live forever (Art Bell and Noory too...hehehe) we'd have so much fun. Lets put Immortality on the Ballot for the next presidency race! oh yah...and the ability to fly too!!! IP: Logged |

i guess this lifetime i might live a lil longer than usualy but perhaps not stay immortal in human form at least, i think i'd rather just move into spirit form and stay amoungst the forrests and live there for as long as i wanted to, so i guess it would be immortality, just not in this crude matter form------------------ Go where there is no path and leave a trail IP: Logged | |
