Hey, Randall I was wondering about something..if you don't follow the Star Signs steps to immortality to the letter does that mean you don't drink grape juice twice daily as she suggests? IP: Logged |

I don't. But I drink it occasionally, because I like it.IP: Logged |

Yeah, I sometimes do. When it's really hot outside, I like to put the glass bottle ones in the freezer and get it into a frozen slushy consistency. Best thirst quencher ever! IP: Logged |

I find it intriguing that you don't follow Linda Goodman's immortality suggestions to the letter so I was wondering about something else. If a person has to take a prescribed medication for something can they still successfully youth themselves? My mother expressed an interest in doing the spiraling but she has take a high blood pressure pill daily, so even though she has to can she still do it? With my blood pressure I seemed to get better so I just didn't have take it and I wasn't spiraling at the time. I wouldn't discourage anyone from just stopping their medication. IP: Logged |

Blood pressure is more emotional than physical. Stress and worry directly affect it.IP: Logged |
