First off, I think I am out of love with the Leo that I have been moping about for YEARS now.....I didnt realize it until I went to visit him after my contract was done at the Park this October.

I was there for a week, and it was bittersweet.... *sigh*

I was going to write a long, disgustingly girly board about it, but then the PMS ended.

hehhehe

And....does it make me a sappy hypocrite to be oh-so-happy when he calls me out of the blue tonight?

But, onto the fun stuff....

I learned some stuff this summer....

1) Anyone looks good when you spend months living working drinking with the same 80 people.

2) Romanian men, no matter WHAT they look like, are all incredibly sexy in an undefinable, undeniable way.

3) Czechs and Slovians are rather cold, but can outdrink any 3 Americans (even if said Americans are redneck Creoles)

4) I feel creepy making out with anyone who is more than 6 years younger than me.

Said redneck Creole would freely admit that he was a redneck...he was great! Maybe 110 pounds, soaking wet, and consumed more Jim Beam than the population of West Virginia.

He wore a belt buckle that had a Confederate Flag and proclaimed "The South shall rise again" He introduced me to Bookers... the high-dollah stuff...such fun...smart guy, too, but coherentcy was directly proportional to how much whiskey was still in this handle of Beam, which he carried with him everywhere.

I met alot of "characters" this summer.
I should write a book.

You should hear me LIVE....with a Virgo Sun and Mercury conjunct each other, with my Midheaven, i think fast, talk fast, and I am sarcastic as all get out.

But, sarcasm is a language of the face, too. Its hard to translate in cyberreality.

Anyone ever eat Godiva Dark Chocolate Ice Cream? Its like frozen fudge. AMAZING. This could easily be the crack cocaine of the dairy universe.

Are you going back ot the park in the spring? Do you have pictures of the park?

I'm so happy that you found that place. It's always been a dream of mine to work at a national park. And you are living it.
