Just thought some people might be interested in this website. I just got the link from a newspaper article today and thought I'd look it up. I had a meany in my recent job, and this person is still being mean to one of my co-workers. It's just not fair!!!!

The thing about bullies is that you can never back down to them, but you must never stoop to their level. I had a bully at work a while back, and I about lost it.

I always try to ignore bullies..like by avoiding them like the plague. I figure if their egos aren't being fueled with either submission or counterattacks then they might start getting lonely.

LovelyLibra, yea it is HARD not to lose your temper when dealing with bullies. There is a fine line between standing up to them and just going crazy on them and giving them a piece of your mind. haha I've had my share too..its esp hard when they work with you..

At my last job I kept quiet around this one girl who had it in for me. Then one day I let out all my built up aggression on her. I guess she saw me as so nice before cuz she looked really surprised. I was even surprised that I could be that mean.. For some reason these people think we have never ending patience. I guess it probably would have been better if I told her how I felt each time she ****** me off, so I didn't end up blowing my top and having to quit
