Maybe I'm overthinking it, but I can't decide if that movie's:

* Making fun of independent film.
* Making fun of what its makers may see as sophomoric philosophical quests/awakenings.
* Paying extremely tongue-in-cheek tribute to independent film and sophomoric philosphical quests/awakenings.
or
* All of the above.

That said, I dig the flick, too.

I watched it with one eye open (i.e with 4 hours sleep in two days), so I couldnt even follow a soccer ball kicked across a field. Everyone likes it though, may have to watch it again.

Have you guys also watched Sideways? Everyone loved it as well. Ummm i thought it was ok.
