I've been thinking a lot about this lately, and I'm beginning to think that in order to truly distinguish what reality is you have to take the time to consider everything. This means in my case that I should probably spend more time away from things that attract all my attention, so I may ponder things, and reorganize my life on a more regular basis keeping in mind all of the goals I have for myself. The last time I really got into doing this was in the Navy, and I was able to accomplish a lot for myself.

I have a girlfriend that lives in Norway and when she lived here in Canada for a few years she would always say that my reality was only just an illusion. Something that we make-up to be true.(perception)
