All my life, I've been blessed with spirituality and I just don't know it yet. But Fortunately, I've already founded some of the spiritual techniques that were online and such. My main spiritual gifts are spiritual dreaming & meditation. Sometimes I meditate/dream when I sleep and I find it a bit relaxing...but on the flipside, when I'm on the train when it's the last stop, I always seem to get negative thoughts harboring when I'm awake. Is it a bad thing? I really don't know. But I try to tell myself that it's only a dream, I need to focus on reality. For the most part, it worked.Hendrick: Hey Hank. What did you meditate about?
Hank: I really can't tell you.
Hendrick: Why? Is it related to something ual?
Hank: Yes and no.
Hendrick: I don't follow you...
Hank: Do you ever ask yourself 'What would it feel like to be the opposite ?'
Hendrick: Not all the time. Why? Did you meditate on that theory?
Hank: Yes. (Blushing slightly)
Hendrick: Awww...Don't be ashamed. People always think about that. You're not alone in this. Maybe they can tell you different meditation subjects here...
Hank: OK... PS: Hendrick is my fictional character that I created for this dramatization. ------------------

Maybe you are empathic and pick up on other people's negative thoughts on the train. Or their work stresses.
