I think that was very good for you and bad for me. I think it is telling me to not waste time on such a trivial lexi. Now I feel bad.  I just thought a little fun in lexi's.....Now a new problem.....should I reveal the lexi or let others try it?? I'll let you all decide.  IP: Logged |

Just when I think I'm getting the hang of the Lexi's, it throws me for a loop. My logical brain and my true self clash. I have so much to learn.
Hopeful, first let me say that if you have not revealed your Lexi 23, then please do. I plan to do it(I just won't read that thread) but as I'm sure you've figured out by now, I am a big time procrastinator. No reason everyone should suffer because of my laziness. Second, it seems to me that Lexi spoke to me personally, is that what you meant about my energy being involved? I kept looking for the answer to my question and in a strange way it answered me. Thank you.
Sher Bear, I went back and reread your Lexi, it too seemed to answer my question but on a deeper level that I can't seem to quite get the grasp on....yet. Perhaps there is no such thing as a silly Lexi, if there is true curiousity involved. On the other hand, perhaps to much curiousity and you miss the point. IP: Logged |

I'm sorry that it has taken me so long to respond, I've been out of town. I hope you all are not disappointed. Which came first the chicken or the egg? I actually did some spiraling on all these lexi's and have come up with some interesting ideas(for me anyway) I'll come back later when I get them all straight in my head. IP: Logged |

Dear Knowflakes,Talking about chicken and eggs, perhaps this may be a good time to stop bad habits before they hatch.
Sher bear, you ask if you are breaking any Lexigram rules. I am sorry to have to point this out but yes you are. Learners are apparently, often getting confused. Unless we abide by Linda's basic rules to begin with they will be hopelessly lost before they begin to understand, let alone master, Lexigrams.
Rule one (page 335) clearly states that if the original word or words holds any particular Letter ONCE it cannot be DOUBLEd in a Lexigram word. Likewise if it is in TWICE it can't be TRIPLEd, etc. It is after a Zebra rule so be aware of the "crossing". Therefore I'll list a few words below to show the errors, then I'll go Socratic on you to see if you can find some more....
