Am excited. They say a half a cup of wheat grass equals 3 pounds of veggies, nutrition wise.
That would be awesome. They say wheatgrass is so strong and good that it can even turn grey hair back to it's original color.

The key to life is enzymes. Cooked food has no enzymes. Wheat grass probably has more types of different enzymes than any other super food. IP: Logged |

Planted it. Hope I did it right. I only read one article on it.
You get so much seed for such a low of a price. That is pretty cool.

I eat a mostly raw diet, Randall. Once you do it for awhile, you body does not like the feeling of cooked foods. they take down your energy level ime.------------------

I cut some of the wheat grass and just juiced it in the champion juicer with pineapple. Why do you need a separate juicer. This seemed to work well. The taste was fine, too, not gross.------------------
