How about if Car Mechanics study astrology? See what everyone can come up with, it could be fun. Or come up with any other fields, like golf, dancing, fishing, etc.

This will be fun! Be creative everyone...

But honey, that was from 2002. I don't think 'welcome' is called for, more like "Come back."

Ok A.J., here's my go:

Being in the Garden you will find the following signs doing the following things (please take with a bit of humour!):

Aries: weed-whacking (by hand)

taurus: lounging in the sun sipping specially mixed mandarine-cinnamon-iced tea

gemini: doing her emails online on her w-lan dsl internet connection while the radio is blasting and she is talking on her cordless

cancer: quietly sobbing in the furthest corner of the garden that the magnolia has lost all her lovely blooms.

leo: taking the ladies lunch group on a tour through her garden, explaining what a *treasure* her gardener is, and soo cute!

virgo: planting tomatoes, wearing rubber gloves and a big straw hat, thankful for the solitude.

libra: lawnmower in hand, contemplating whether it is unjust to cut those little blades of grass, as they have never hurt anyone. On the other hand, they DO look better short...

scorpio: armed with a b.b. gun and a mole-hole stopper, she gets ready to blast the little buggers that dare to throw up mounds of dirt in her pristine grass.

saggitarius: planting the flower bed ungloved, unhatted, with thousands of scrapes and cuts from various roses and utensils, talking at loudest volume to the next door lady, who stopped listening two hours ago.

capricorn: going behind the saggitarius to redo all the flowers, cut off all the leaves and blooms that fell victim to saggies' clumsiness and generally thinking that no one these days really is able to plant a garden properly.

aquarius: installing the super-duper new electronic pondscum sucker that only uses half the electricity and scumsucks twice as fast as the old one.

pisces: sets the little table with a doll service for tea for the garden fairies.

Well now, that took a while!

Well thought out. They were all very good.
I for one, hate those bloody moles and try to shoot at everyone! Especially those crazy kids who think they own the yard. Okay, I liked them all but mine,( I am used to that Scorpio perception) but I did see the humour in it.

* I would have commented before, but I wasn't here all day!*

Hehe Pixie, but that was the fun, to make everything so very stereotypical lol. I for one do NOT have a w-lan connection--not yet anyways. DSL in place, got the laptop ready...hmmm...maybe it's not too far off lol. BTW, I didn't mean scorps shoot at everyone, just the moles digging up the beautiful garden

How's the weather at home, it really sucks here...Nicky is onto countdown--7 more sleeps till he flies home lol

That Scorp one was funny - I would definitely take the commando approach to killing things in my garden that aren't supposed to be there. Although I don't think I could kill a small fuzzy animal w/ a firearm unless it attacked me first (Cancer rising coming through perhaps?). But if you could shoot aphids and mealy bugs, I'd be out there w/ a RPG

Yeah! The weather has been un-summerlike for a long time! But as of late, it is getting sticky and humid, and very hot! Last night we had a beautiful storm, the thunder and flashes of lightening seemed to light up the entire room, it even came through my closed bedroom shutters. Storms excite me, so while I should have been sleeping, I was wondering at the electricity and marvelling at how it seemed the lightening was right outside my window. Today, it is wet.
Only a few ( about five ) more weekends of 'patio weather' until Autumn. I love Autumn, but I feel a little gyped by this wierd summer. ( except I will be twenty-eight this Autumn, welcome Saturn return.*sigh*)
He'll have a great time!!! And so will you. *moving, right? Ick.. maybe not.*

*If I could shoot the bloody earwigs, I would.. they are so into everything, and totally gross me out with the wiggly wierd pincer bodies. I don't mind if they are around, but it is spine-tingling and gross to know they will just walk all over you, not caring. *squish*

you guys crack me up!

btw, the scorpio and the saggie ones are my personal faves lol. The cappy one comes from an 8 year marriage to a cappy. I'm pretty sure it is dead on.

lol

P.S. Pixie, if it just weren't for the actual MOVE! I love getting into the new house, redecorating etc. But I'm hoping we'll be there a few years, in 8 years of marriage, this is our 7th!!! move! ugh ugh ugh. OTOH (libra asc??), the houses just keep getting nicer and nicer lol
