Topic: Conflicting chart observations

I have had two charts made for me with different outcomes. The second chart I had made shifts all my planets/signs into the previous house. The sidreal time is off by one hour. I don't know if daylight saving time was in effect when I was born. Can somebody explain?DOB: April 7, 1962 9:59am

Hi kiki, welcome,  Perhaps different house systems were used, which would explain the planet shift. Here is an interesting website explaining daylight savings time.
