I have done a little looking on the net re astrology/numerology and it seems that the two have a remarkable degree of overlap, so much so that it is difficult for me to see them as separate disciplines.

I have only the MOST BASIC understanding, and have done some of the `free readings' available and have been impressed (and scared!) by some of the assertions made. I am also confused as to which star sign I actually am as it seems I was born on the cusp of Capricorn and Aquarius.

The depth of knowledge displayed in this forum has impressed me no-end, I don't believe how much time and effort some of you must have put in to reach the levels that you have in these...well...sciences. I have considered sending away for a paid, comprehensive report but am afraid that I will run into profit seeking charlatans and quite frankly, I wouldn't know it if I did!

If anyone has the time and/or inclination, would they PLEASE be able to shed some light on my `sign(s)' for me and what it means? It is mainly because I am at a crossroads in life (BIG crossroads) and have taken a path that may not be the right one for me...I understand that lots of folk may be in this situation as well, but I am appealing to the people here as you all seem to have your hearts in the right place and seem sure of your positions in life.

I am studying chemistry, but was riveted by pyramids, clairvoyance, telepathy, telekinesis and hypnosis as a child. Only really looked at numerology and astrology in the last 2-3 yrs. If you don't mind my asking, what is your field in physics? I have an interest in it too but shied away from the maths involved...hence the chemistry

I also printed out the `short report' and found most of the assertions very accurate but some a little contradictory. A couple of the things said were not me at all! I took note of the proviso that this describes my `birth potential' however.

I'll have to read it a few times I think, and Aphrodite...I may well take you up on your email offer, thankyou!

I wish I had the time to study this subject properly as it strikes a strong chord of interest in me...

amigifted...quantum mechanics is GREAT, I use it a little (ab initio computational chemistry) in my research and also have an interest in relativity, but again with the maths! There is only so far I can go with it ...

Stella...I also wish there were more scientists prepared to look beyond their `particles-in-a-box' (daggy science joke) . I certainly wouldn't share this discussion with my peers as they are generally a pretty closed-minded lot (most unscientific really).

All of what you said rang true...I am interpreting the money part as putting my mark in my field, career advancement, also stemming from the conference (not alot of money in my field, which is ok as I am not that concerned with that aspect of life). I feel...validated in what I am doing now!

You should begin to experience a lot of satisfaction now because a lot of little things do not seem to matter any more.

I will most certainly be glad to see the end of this year...and the first half of Jan 2003 as well...lots of rough personal/family stuff at the moment interfering with everything. I feel like I am letting alot of people down (work-wise) but your post has certainly helped me to look forward to better times soon!

It IS amazing that we are in the same personal year and have the Sagi rising in common (not to mention our chosen city of abode!). I'm not sure what having `Scorpio moon' means but have no fear whatsoever about me holding anything against you! I may well have to get that Juno Jordan book (along with Linda's) and broaden my horizons!

You sound like the sort of person I would/have run into at an Earthcore (if you don't know what I'm talking about then ignore that sentence )

Earthcore is a LARGE outdoor party held a few times each summer, usually a few hours outside of Melb that features a large selection of DJ's (electronic music) both national and international. It is the only event I have ever heard of/been to where 5000 - 10000 people can get together and have NO trouble (no fights, no agro, security people that actually smile!). It has a great vibe and you usually meet very cool open minded people there!

Ahhh...so many Aussies!

This is a very practical month and may seem hard after the inspiration of last month. You may even feel discouraged or not up to par. Take care of your health and do not eat too much. Face facts, no matter what they are .

A great deal of responsibility appears this month due to family affairs and the changes and excitement of last month. There are adjustments to be made regarding others or with others, and there is something to firure out for yourself.

You will be more clear in mind and get better results if you talk things over, kindly and helpfully and for the good of all concerned.

Illness may bring a care or expense. Doctors, Nurses, or hospitals may be a part of the month's experiences. Children or young people may bring interest and care and also require your patience and sympathy.

A number of things can be loaded on your shoulders during the month, and you seem to be compelled to meet the responsibility, but even so you do not need to give up your plans for personal and business progress.
