Hi Kippendorf,
I can't help you with an explanation, but I'm interested in the answer as I too have my Sagi Sun and also a Cappie Mercury trine my MC, so hopefully someone can explain the meaning to both of us.

Cheers!

Kip: Uranus conjuct Midheaven could be an indication of an unusual career. I know one guy with this placement, he's the only male in his profession. It should indicate doing something that not everyone else does and you're sure not to follow any fashion pattern when it comes to choosing a profession. Uranus rules computers, electricity, tv and all kind of electrical things so a profession that has to do with something like this would probably be good for you. The Sun in the 2nd house trining this Midheaven placement is a good indication that you'll make money on a profession as indicated above. BUT, remember that the second house in not only about money, it's also about using your own ressources, being what we call a self-made person, maybe indicating that you create your own job.
Poops: Mercury has to do with communication - writing, talking, teaching. Sagi is the travelling sign, both mentally and physically. So this can indicate a career involving travels or education and communication. Foreign reporter. Teacher. Priest...

Thanks Stella
That makes sense as I love writing and the Sagi in me loves to mentally travel and learn.

Hi Stella

Thanks for that. What are the other influences of uranus in the 10th house. Could it only be in the tronics world? Also do you see a possible career in writing in my c hart.

Thanks heaps

Hi Kip! The cusp of your 10th house is in Libra, the art sign, while it's ruler, Venus, is in your 3rd house, the house of writing and communication. You also have a Moon/Jupiter conjuction in the 5th house, house of creativity...I'd say these are good placements for a writer. The Uranus in the 10th house might indicate that you're able of doing some original work.

Thanks again Stella.

What you said makes sense to me. I had the same theory but wanted to confirm as i am only studying my chart and learning astrology. Its all too complicated yet beautiful.

I read somewhere that jupiter trine midheaven is often found in charts of stage performers and actors. I am assuming therefore that sun trine midheaven would bring someone into public life as well, as the sun has much more energy than jupiter. would i be right in assuming this?

I'm only an amateur, too. But I don't believe one have a strong urge to write, or do anything else, for that's sake, that doesn't show in the chart. "Success" is such a weird word, it doesn't really mean a thing. We'll think about a writer who sells millions of copies and earns a fortune a success. I'd call him a success if his words could prevent war or if his money went to feed the hungry.

Hello,

Since we are on the topic of MC. What would the conjunction of Neptune to MC in 10th indicate? Along with a sextile to MC from Moon and Mars (both in 8th house of Virgo)?

My guess is a traveling (overseas) career...possibly spiritually related?? But then Moon and Mars are in Virgo...the sign of practicality.

Well, Neptun rules sea, film, dance, photo, hospitals, drugs, dope, fantasy, dreams, intuition.., the influence from the Moon would give imagination and add extra intuition and the influence from Mars a lot of drive. (Great aspects - why wasn't I born with this???!) Eight house is other people's ressources (money from other people), also death and birth, rehabilitation, restoration. Something that pops into my mind: Working with rehab of drug addicts, restoring old pictures, psycologist...

Thanks stella that makes sense. But if there is an opposition to the MC from Venus, that would rule out dance, film, photo, and other venusian traits right?

Again: I'm just an amateur. But I don't believe that stressful aspects rules out anything, I'd rather say that the Venus opposition would further stress the artistic tendency of this chart. Is the cusp of the 10th house in Scorpio? Where is Pluto?

Yes, cusp of 10th is Scorpio and Venus is in 4th of Taurus. Pluto is with the Moon and Mars in 8th house of Virgo.

Also, i just noticed that Jupiter(in 7th house of leo) is squaring MC.

Thanks again Stella for taking the time to respond. Really appreciate it

Wow! What a 8th house! This is something for Bissie, she's nutz about 8th house people...
With such a strong 8th house I'd really take that into consideration when it comes to choosing a career (if that is what this is about). Rehabilitation, restoration. Venus in 4th=Beautiful homes. Redecorating. Where is Mercur, your 8th house ruler?
The 7th house is the house of partnership, Jupiter here might indicate a happy marriage and the square a conflict between social status/career and love life. But this is only one possibility, reah, please don't take my word for anything I say, just use it as an input to study more yourself...

Mercury the 8th house ruler is in the 5th house of Gemini(also its own home).

A career in psychology is something i'm considering at the moment and it fits with the chart. Helping ppl by communciating with them effectively and understanding their inner workings(psychology).

And yeah Stella, i'm taking all this as input to study the chart deeper and further.

Also, Bissie are you around?? I would greatly appreciate any insight you might have abt this 8th house.

Thanks!

Yes, psychology must really be something for you! You must have a talent for communcations with Mercury in the 5th, and can probably use communication creativly, as well. Maybe even teaching psychology or writing about it. Loads of possibilities. I really believe you have the intuition and imagination and necassary caring side to be a great psychologist.
Haven't seen Bissie for a while...sh'es probably buzy. Wait a little while, and then put a post with the title 8th house and you'll be sure to get her attention!
