how the heck do you figure out WHAT is transiting WHAT and WHAT it all means??  i can't believe i still don't know anything about transits, as i've been studying astrology (now and then) for about 6 years or so! does anyone know the basics, or can you point me to a great article or something? or if anyone's farmiliar with www.astro.com , is there a chart of some kind i can select in order to see what's trasiting what? thank you SO much. i think knowing about this will really broaden my understanding of all things astrological! You can go to the free horoscope choices and select personal daily horoscope.....it shows what transits are affecting you for the day and also long term transits.  IP: Logged |

weird purple sparkles that's OK that you aren't familiar with transits neither am I. To me, the only dumb question is the one that goes unasked. Is unasked a word, I hope so

Haha! I think the same thing! I've been studying transits for over 4 years. Here is what I find: anything you read on-line, in a book, article etc. take as a guide. Basically, what anyone is doing is taking the attributes of the transiting planet and comparing it with the natal planet. So it is a guide, but not very helpful. If you are really curious, shell out the cash to speak to an astrologer who has 20 plus years experience. They've had plenty of years to watch transits happen and observing what is going on in the clients life when the transit occurs.
For yourself, start keeping a journal of your transits. You'll start to get a 'feel' for Neptune aspecting your Mars, etc.If you have a follow up question, let me know. Take care :-) Kari IP: Logged |
