After twenty years, my best friend met again an ex boyfriend and for her surprise, since they separated he suffers of panic syndrome .

He is a 39 years old MD surgeon and an extremely intelligent person...yet, he can't cross tunnels, he doesn't pass on bridges and he doesn't enter in elevators.

For those twenty years he has consulted with several psychiatrists, took every medication type but nothing seems to solve his problem.

My friend believes that his problem is spiritual, for this reason she recommended that he read the book of Dr. Brian Weiss, "Many Lives, Many Masters".
After reading the book, he entered in contact, through the site of Dr. Weiss, with a Brazilian psychiatrist that makes regression, suitable for own Dr. Weiss.

When arriving to the psychiatrist's clinic for the first consultation he didn't get to take the elevator... conclusion, the psychiatrist had to go down and they met in the street...
Now, she will assist him in his house because he doesn't get to arrive at the clinic...

Due to this situation, my friend asked me if I could discover if there's a factor in the natal chart that could indicate panic syndrome .

His name is Eduardo and he was born on September,13/ 1963 at 1:00 pm in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil

His is a situational phobia in psychological terms. It is related to Uranus in Virgo in his 8th house with Saturn inconjunct from the 2nd house. Pluto is conjuncting his Uranus making it an obsessive phobia. Virgo rules elevators, closets, etc. It more than likely stems from a past life.

Uranus rules panic, with a secondary ruler being Saturn. Neptune also plays into it, and his is in Scorpio, whose ruler is Pluto, so you have this very strong obessive fear and panic related to tunnels, elevators, bridges, etc.

What you said make sense...you know, I also have Uranus in the 8th house, conjuncting my Pluto, both in Virgo. As well as I also have Neptune in Scorpio... maybe the difference is this aspect that Saturn is making to his Uranus.... I think in my natal chart there is no inconjunct between Uranus and Saturn.

I also have some ' claustrophobia ', I feel uncomfortable in closed places... but nothing that I don't get to deal it.

Dear Stella, in fact my friend mentioned something on his mother... it seems that there were problems in his childhood , but I don't remember exactly what... I will ask her and I return with answers.
