Yeah everyone is right. Sometimes there's a flurry of activity and sometimes not. just the natural flow of things...

I hate it when I'm in a big posting mood and want to chat and no one is to be found!! And then sometimes I'll disappear for a week and be completely quiet.

thanks.. you guys are sweet. i realize this is the nature of message boards, somewhat. i guess i'm panicking a bit cuz i'm moving soon (and won't have internet access for at least a month, probably more) and i hate leaving loose ends..but i'm just an insecure dork, and i feel like if i ask a question or something and it gets ignored, it means i said something dumb.. and i feel geeky bumping up my own thread.

well, so do i - i found it makes me feel better if I include something "useful" in the post though..like...pfft...i dunno

anyway, i'm a de-facto geek - i just make up for it by doing decidedly un-geeky things. Also there's the minor fact the world would be busted without all my geek pals making their computers work..

Sometimes what happens when you log onto the site it doesn't show you new posts - don't know why that happens, but it does - anyway that's how some posts can get missed as we don't always scroll down and read every post - just look for the highlighted new ones....
Hmmmm hope that makes sense.
But no post ever gets losts for very long - as you've just seen
