Okay all, here's one we should thing about. Being the science geek that I am I was reading my new Discover Mag and the Farmers Almanac. Mars will be in Pisces on August 28, 2003. It will be the closest to the Earth than it has been in 5,000 to 73,000 years (depending on the scientist). It will be in direct opposition to the Sun in Virgo. Not only that but I have just noticed the following: These planets will be in Retrograde: Mars Mercury (Set for late on the 28th going full retro on the 29th) Uranus Neptune Pluto Chiron The opposition will effect the Sun, Jupiter Venus and the Moon, all in early Virgo. I think that we are in for some major cosmic activity that will effect us on a global scale. Nothing doomsday, but something has to give with all that opposition going on. Anyone else care to comment? IP: Logged |

Interesting. All those transpersonal planets retrograding simultaneously... Is Mars going to be conjoined Uranus newly in Pisces? I keep wondering when this darn radical shift in global consciousness is coming, the whole age of Aquarius thing. Some new scientific theories in the fields of astrophysics, I think, (string theory? I'm having a brain hiccup here, anybody else hear of this?) are coming close to confirming alot of metaphysical theories. I'm wondering when science is going to start truly confirming, in the eyes of the common person, much of the stuff metaphysicists have been saying for centuries. Just some rambling thoughts, what popped in my head. I'll ponder this some more. Thanks for the tip. IP: Logged |

Hi Pidua, I`ve been aware of that particular aspect for quite a while. It will be an extremely intense oposition as all benevolent planets Sun/Venus/Jupiter will exactly opposite the naughty ones - Uranus and Mars. Virgo/Pisces polarity has been known for their karmic relationship. What I am afraid of is on more personal level - the trio Sun/Venus/Jupiter will be exactly on my Sun and DC (in Virgo and the same degree) while at the same time Mars and Uranus will opposite that stellium sitting exaclty on my ASC in Pisces. I will be streched on a cross during that time. I do hope I will survive. (oh, and the song "I will survive " is just now playing on the tv, good) IP: Logged |

Thats a sure sign you will be fine Bis.Has anyone looked at November 13, 2003? If terrorist atacks are going to run in succesion, ie. Sep 11, Oct 12. Or do you think we will be ok after our assault on Afganistan and Iraq? IP: Logged |

Can anyone do me a favour and post the degrees?! Thanks. Sounds like I'll have this in addition to Trans Uranus opposite my native Uranus and cnj. Jupiter...My book will be out first week of Sept. and I need good aspects for that!Congratulations on your pregnancy, Weird Purple Sparkles! I hope hope you feel fine and enjoy expecting a baby, despite beeing alone. But better on your own than with a stressful relationship with the baby's father. And how nice that you'll have a little Virgo! I wish you the best. IP: Logged |

string theory, supersymmetry and M-theory are all pretty closely interlinked models of n dimensional spacetimegeneral/special relativity uses 4 dimensions, these suckers work in 11 (although some go up to 26..but you can use a few mathetmatical tricks to whittle them down to a more manageable number) If there is a breakthrough about theoretical physics i'd imagine it would be closely linked to gravity, which we still know just about sod all about. Although im not really keen on humans learning how to control gravity...think of what kind of a mess we'd make of the solar system if we could! IP: Logged |
