I have Saturn in the 8th in my chart and it's in retrograde. I am starting to understand it more now. I have always had a problem with the fear of having nothing, but then again I am also not materialistic. I have also had the fear of ever having a "joint account". I have two seperate checking accounts, but could never bring myself to go for the "sharing thing". That's kind of how Sat works in the 8th and sex is a pretty profound thing for me, but the sag in me makes me kind of flirty. LOL Cat, He had a serious relationship for a while, but things didn't work for him. Then there was a woman that was after him for his money. We all knew, but she used friendship as a way to manipulate him. He finally broke it off about 5 months ago. They didn't have a romantic relationship, which is what he wanted but she pretty much used him. He is a very dynamic person and has a heart of gold. I have been attracted to him for a while, but maybe didn't realize the extent until he said something. Isn't that just like a Sag??? See 1Scorp, that's what I mean. Sometimes we're dense. Guess I just need to kick back and see how things play out. I don't want to hurt him and I dearly love my Leo, but the distance is an issue, but maybe I am just rationalizing. I must be an absolute fiend! Sun, Mars AND Mercury in Leo in the 8th! Not only do I like to talk about it, but well...you know.Hmmm. My sweetie has Saturn in Pisces in the 8th, and he does like to plan and control sex, but in a very subtle way. He'd never admit to it eithor. IP: Logged |

Lion: I have noticed something. You and I have quite a combo of planets in our sun sign.  My sun, mercury, venus, mars and uranus are all in scorp. Also, my 8th house is taurus with no planets... sooo that means from what I've been reading here... that I refer back to my venus scorpio. Ms. Pidaua: I see what you mean  Good luck! IP: Logged |

Yes, 1scorp, I noticed that as well. All the same planets too. Only you're one up on me with Uranus. (say that sentence out loud HA HA - ok , I'll grow up now)I think that makes you a more "pure" expression of your sign. So is that all in your 2nd house then? No it isn't bad news 
Where ever Neptune is in your chart - it clouds the issues (and your thinking) of that house. Ok I'll give you an example re my chart....I have Neptune in my 2nd. (Money, how you value things, self worth etc etc) I am not the best at keeping track of my money  - I just got totally "screwed" monetarily by my ex. Plus I do have a lot of "issues" about myself - always have had. That's Neptune clouding my own view of my self worth. All my friends think I'm nuts to be so insecure...but I am and that's Neptune for you.So let's look at Neptune in your 8th. Possibly you have "issues" about yourself in that department? Hence you asking...so that's bad news" Just because you think it...doesn't make it so. Or maybe you have too high expectations....Neptune rules films, fantasy etc.
Anyway do you get the idea of Neptune? It can confuse us.

Wouldnt you know it, his Moon is in Leo !!After I have comepletely dogged Virgo's in the bedroom, looking at my chart I have Virgo in my 8th House

Your 8th house ruler is Venus (Taurus).
So Venus will be the influence there for you.
You need to be charmed and have beautiful surroundings. Maybe scented candles, silk sheets etc etc?

I'm a Virgo Sun BUT have that Leo Mars, Jupiter in my 8th and my 8th house ruler is Aries (Mars)Virgo in the 8th is not so bad.....
Virgo ruled by Mercury.....will never be turned on by a silent person. Needs to talk first.....lots of talk.

I have Neptune in my 3rd house. I am very perceptive and pick up on other people's thinking, but I sometimes don't believe it. I have never liked being close to neighbors and usually end up having some wacky ones. LOL, but I am kind of shy so I don't make it a point of talking to them. When I was little I had an imaginary friend, but I made sure that she took the heat when I was being bad. That was until my mom said "What ever Tanny does, you will be getting the punishment". My Neptune is right at home in the 12th house...in Scorpio. So, I'm only delusional about my delusions?
So when I think I'm fooling myself about something, I'm really fooling myself about THINKING that I'm fooling myself...??I just can't seem to wrap my brain around what that means, Neptune in the 12th. Anyone have a theory?

Aphrodite, in the other thread, "whose been your best lover", you were right in there contributing posts. It's clear that you are very romantic, and you have some very lofty ideals about this stuff, and that's nice. But you ought not get offened by our "banter". We're mearly sharing opinions about something that is a fundamental part of being human. If someone wished not to contribute due to non-experience, or victorian attitudes then this isn't the thread for them. Besides, we've moved on now. Hi Cat, Yep....Scorpio rules my 3rd house, which also includes my Neptune. Neptune's not in a great aspect to my Mars (in the 6th house) So, that gives me another reason not to use deceptive means in my communications as well as has been another incentive to stay away from intoxicating substances...except when I indulge in a few brewski's or glasses of wine. LOL I have found that Neptune in the 3rd helped me creatively. I love to write, draw and create certain things. My career evolved to include having to use that creativity in marketing our products and drawing advertisements. I also have this great imagination that I use for stories to entertain kids. I used to tell some great stories to my little brother and we would invent cool games. IP: Logged |

I think you pretty much will have the same house rulers as me.
Yes Neptune in your 3rd (communications) will be great for your creative writing  Is your MC in Gemini? As that's also communications.
Have you ever thought of writing childrens stories for publication? I bet you'd be excellent at it.
