Hey everyone, got a opinion question...
From my experience, as one with a lot of earth in my chart, I have found that my senses are extra-sensitive (smell, taste, touch, etc), as compared to my fire, air, and water sign friends.
Do you think this is true for all Earth signs? Do we get more involved in sensations than others?

Absolutely, without a shred of doubt. My Taurus sun, Cappy moon daughter is the most finicky person I ever met when it comes to clothes, or sheets or anything that is right next to her skin. She's also a very picky eater, (but does LOVE certain foods), and she's got the smelling senses of a blood hound. She's very athletic and musically inclined as well. She pretty much has the tangible world mastered. At least she's well on her way. (she has 3 other planets in Cappy as well)IP: Logged |

hi vaa, interesting. i would imagine linda would think the same. she wrote about taurus' sensuality in love signs. hehe. i liked the part about them not needing any stimulants because they are so sensitive.  aphroditeIP: Logged |

My good virgo g/f has ALWAYS loved the texture and feel of fabrics.She sees me with some type of clothing and one of the first things she says is "oooh, that looks soft".  Food. She enjoys certain foods and sticks with the same type of flavors... and man! Is she a good cook! I enjoy cooking with and watching her cook. She could fry an egg and it would have at least 5 ingredients in it!
Could be something that I generally wouldn't eat and by the time she's finished with it... I think it's the most fascinating dish ever prepared... Although, I "believe" that my sense of smell is a little sharper than hers. I can smell things that she can't. That is so funny... I've just thought it was something with her! IP: Logged |

Heya i too have noticed that earth-signs people often have sensitive sences, and it's reflected in many levelsin their lives: Most of them have organized thoughts and, in many cases, are more clear&bright minded then their air or water signs friends...No doubt you can say about them that they have two feet on the ground! maybe thats the nature's way to keep our souls coonected to our phisical world? by giving us signs as capricorn, taurus ans virgo...
