Thank you for your work, but my new Ascendant just doesn't ring true to me. I'm very much my capricorn ascendant, in looks, actions, and temperment. By the way I'm a Navy man not an Army man. Believe me there is a big difference. None of my partners have ever been Cancers or Geminis, Leos and Saggs mostly. I appreciate all the work that you went through, but I think that I'll stick with my "First breath" Ascendant. Its more intuitively me. Lanny IP: Logged |

Astrotruth(shaun) Thank you for the compliment. I used to have my parents ascendants...but I lost them  I can tell you my Dad is an Aries and my Mom is Aquarius.According to the regular way the horoscope is calcualted, I have a pices ascendant and moon as well as pices in Jupiter....once I found out about picean traits...it made sense to me...I'm very emotional, somewhat psychic...I radiate towards the color blue...I wear blue a lot....the skin is "watery" looking and even though my eyes are brown...people always comment on their beauty...which are picean traits....I'm short and the have had trouble with the physical ailments characeristic of pices (issues with feet). I do know that I was born quickly and nearly killed my mother in childbrith. IP: Logged |

hi astrotruth!looks like me and lanny are in the same situation.. both of us feel we are cap risings and you feel we are sagittarians! i will have to read it again, and much of the math stuff really goes over my head, but there are some things you say that i feel the need to contemplate further.. however, i really feel my house positions fit me, with cap ascendant. but thank you so much!! when i think of more, i will come back and write.(very tired today) the post above reminds me.. my son is totally pisces rising- he's slight, with a tapering jaw and very transluscent skin. extremely sensitive to others, pretty much becomes whatever energy is around him. i feel throo and throo that he is pisces ascendant.. but he is only 3 degrees into it, so by your method he would definately *not* be, right? and same goes for my mom.. she's little (i'm tall), and a total chameleon. i CANNOT see her as aqua or cap rising, either. any thots on that?
again, thank you very much for all the work you put into this. i am sure i will be back with more questions!

hey sean.. well, my mom is a sag sun, capricorn moon and pisces rising. my dad is a pisces with cancer moon. don't know his rising. tho if i had to guess i would say cap or taurus.i should also add that my mom hardly seems sagittarian. in my experience she's either just becoming someone else's energy, or being very cold and distant. isn't particularily enthusiastic or adventurous. i did read somewhere that in that particular sun-moon combo, that was typical (that the cap would be more evident).
