An example of what I mean:
People who are strongly Aquarian or Piscean in temperment (I have a Pisces Sun strongly aspected by both Uranus & Neptune, and then an Aqua Moon), yet who have not yet developed a purpose which permits them participation in a larger expression, are often lost creatures, and it is perhaps more difficult for this kind of temperment now because the idea of group consciousness is not yet a reality. It is reasonably common to find the average Taurean personality concerned with his security for this is his natural outlet of expression - or for the average Libran to concern himself with his personal relationships, or the Geminian his education. But the Aquarian and the Piscean temperaments have no personal concerns. And if they are not yet sensitive to the more universal concerns which are the natural expression of these signs, they are left with no concerns at all. It is small wonder that so many alchoholics and drug addicts are strongly Piscean or Neptunian in temperament and that so many of the mentally ill must cope with Aquarian or Uranian energies. To balance this, it must be considered that we owe some of our greatest scientific and psychological discoveries to the Uranian type and some of greatest poetry, music, and spiritual vision to the Neptunian. It is somewhat easier to understand the great potential and the great failure of these two types in light of the urge toward groupo involvement and cooperation which motivates them both.
(Said in reference to Saturn in the 11th...which I also have.)

This coupled with the fact that she pretty much said that those with
a) Saturn/Neptune or
b) Sun/Neptune
contacts taken individually must create (for b) or bring into the world and make solid (for a) that which they come into contact with through Neptune's energies, otherwise face a spiral into depression/madness/addiction.

I have Neptune on the Ascendant and Opposite my Sun and Opposite Saturn and so I feel very strongly about making "my mark".

Some great artists were also crazy, how do you define "a mark on the world"? Pisces Michaelangelo was not a stable personality. What will satisfy that Piscean or Uranian energy, Recognition or Notoriety? (Spoken by a true Pluto in the tenth house aspecting my Midheaven-Career)

in my case, there is an annoying tension between my lofty aquarian ideals and my need for security (i have sun, mercury and mars in tight conjunction in aquarius squared my moon in taurus).. i also have some strong piscean energy that i'm trying to understand (venus in the 12th and pisces south node, neptune in the 11th etc). i sort of feel like before i was born i had some great flash of insight that led me to be an aquarian, but that my soul had alot of karmic debt, and so in this lifetime i have to go throo all this physical stuff (taurus moon, badly aspected, saturn and north node conjunct in the 8th, and saturn is my chart ruler).. so when i'm in full aquarian mode, i can sometimes feel crazy and unsupported, like i could float away.. on all these great concepts that make sense to me, but that, for whatever reason, the rest of the world around me doesn't understand. it can be a real ***** !
