Topic: What is that glyph?

Perhaps someone here could help me. I'm re-reading Star Signs, and was having a closer look at The Karmic Wheel of Life (Chptr 1, pg 8), and saw a symbol I did not recognize. It is not listed under the wheel, like all of the other symbols, with a definition. I searched the Internet but came up with nothing; though I know I've seen it before. Any ideas?The symbol can be found on the left outer side of the wheel, just above "EAST". It looks somewhat like the Aries symbol. ------------------

Hi Bendis 
It's Neptune.
The glyphs around the chart (on the outside) = the natural ruler for that house.
eg: 12th natural ruler is Pisces ie: Neptune.
