After viewing my chart at astro.com, I'm realizing that my 3rd-8th houses are empty? A lot is going on in the 9th, 10th, and 11th houses. I'm attempting to take the online course to answer all my questions, but... if anyone could take a look, & let me know anything that seems odd? I'd appreciate it. thats normal. i have a few empty houses, and in interpretation i look to which sign rules the house, and look at the planet that rules *that* sign, and look at the aspects around it. its like my 7th house. it has NOTHING in it... it would appear that its ruler (the moon) has things going on though, which helps me to interpret my 7th house issues. it is ruled by cancer and i can really see the cancerian influence on how i love. maybe even who i love. its all corroborated with other things in my chart too. its a tapestry really. sum of the parts... look to the rulers of those specific houses and any interaction with them from other planets. its all interconnected, nothing is truly empty. i would offer to look at your chart but i cant commit till after this week is over. if you still arent satisfied then, and want to have another opinion, i would do it for you. sounds like you have a stellium in there somewhere. thats a grouping of several planets (at least three or four) in a certain house. There are 10 planets and 12 houses so everyone has some houses that are empty in their chart.Anafaery gave excellent advice. Look at the house cusp ruler and aspects to it. Just because a house is empty doesn't mean it's not important - just that it's not one of major focus for you in this lifetime. Actually you should also check out where your North Node is (which isn't considered to be a planet - so not included in the 10 that I mentioned above) as that is what you are working towards in this life time. South Node (which is directly opposite NN shows the lessons you have learnt and brought with you to this lifetime).
