Does chiron count less as a major aspect because it's a asteroid and not a planet? and how do you interpret T-Squares with Chiron? I have a T-Square with Chiron opposite Uranus and the moon is where the point is. The moon is in the 8th in cancer, what is the lesson?

Thank you, Natasha

hi sthenri

i always count chiron as a major aspect. to me he really is. i have a very prominent chiron in my chart (i have more aspects to him than any other body) and he has been felt in my chart more than any other. right now there is some discussion in the astrologer community about something that will occur on 8 november of this year, involving a major and rare configuration of planets, and for it to have the whole picture chiron must be included. there will be an eclipse i believe, and also a grand trine among a very rare sextile between 6 planets. it only works apparently if chiron is included. apparently it has some major significance too. i am going to make another post about it on its own. but, thought i would share that. it doesnt count less. its quite close to the earth, its orbit is often between uranus and saturn i think, although its orbit is rather ovoid and so sometimes is further out.

i would need to see your chart to help you in interpretation, i cant seem to do anything with just info, its helpful for me to see a wheel. once my husband is gone after sunday i will have time again for my own life, so if you still dont have any help just ask me. i am fairly knowledgeable about chiron as well... ive made him my specialty. i would need to know house of chiron and where the ruler of that house is etc etc... i just cant really say anything with the information youve provided.

catch me next week if you still need help. sorry i couldnt do more right now.

Lapierre - for starters....

Chiron in Aries:
The sense of self has been violated in some way, manifesting in feelings of worthlessness, and/or that nothing is ever quite good enough. The lessons of Chiron here are in learning to assert yourself and to take appropriate action or initiative to remedy the situation - appreciate yourself and others for who they are. Easier said than done, as you can tend to be self sabotaging in your thought patterns. Remember your thoughts are powerful - you reap what you put out.

Make a list of areas in your life in which you do feel worthy. Identify your true value and how that value serves you and others. Don't stop listing until your heart opens to loving yourself. Also list the ways in which other's "bad" treatment of you has helped you to learn how to assert yourself and to value yourself more. Again, keep listing until your heart opens to them, and to yourself, for experiencing the lesson.

Chiron's gift is the acknowledgement of your true worth, loved for who you are inside. The Universe loves you just for being who you are. Strive to live truly.

Chiron in the Ninth House:
Religion and philosophy and the feeling that you have no wisdom or deep understanding are Chironic themes here. There is usually a longing to apply what we feel as a deeply devotional sense or passionate zeal that can be easily misdirected, and this can create insecurity in our beliefs.

There is the possibility that solace is found in travels to holy shrines, experiencing other cultures, their religions and mythology. Sometimes with this Chiron placement, there is difficulty in finding meaning in anything at all, and disillusionment and despair may set in.

List all of the ways in which you are wise and have deep understanding, and the ways in which others benefit from that wisdom. Open your heart and listen, they are there.

Chiron's gift here is in the discovery and acknowledgement of the great wisdom that lies within your heart. The realisation that adventure and joy of life is to be had, no matter where you are, or what you are doing. It is inside you, given to you by the Universe to share.

Sthenri -

Off the top of my head, I do see Chiron as being QUITE prominent an influence.

As for the T-Square, do you have one only if you include Chiron? Or did you have one already? You may have seen me post about mine with Cap/Cancer Opp, Scorp at the Focal Point, and Aries in the Empty Space.

What's in your Empty Space, and what house?

My Empty Space is in the 12th House of undoing!!

Since your Focal Point is in Cancer in the 8th hs., have you had experiences with the family-at-large losing faith in you because of your quirkiness? Do you have trouble in relationships with women?
