Im making an important career choice into the direction I want to go (im 20 yrs/o), after a couple years research I have decided to start classes this coming year for Real Estate. Is there any way you could look at my chart or offer some advice to me because when I do things I dig right into them and never really look back! Thank you for any and all help. Heres my info,

Eric

Or in short if you have no time, im an Aries with a Capricorn moon and a Libra rising. I also have My Sun, Mars, and Mercury all placed in Aries in the 7th house. My Venus and Chiron rests in Taurus which is in the 8th house. Thanks again everyone!

Hello, Tony! You know, not only were you born the same year as myself (just turned twenty! woohoo!), but while you're a Sun Sign Aries with Libra Rising, I'm a Libra with Aries Rising! It's fun being a walking contradiction, isn't it?
Well, on to your question, while I don't see real estate being an interesting thing for an Aries, your Libra Rising would love it, as Libra is naturally drawn to legal issues, and they make such natural negotiators as well. Your Aries Sun Sign will, however, be glad of the fact that you can easily go into business for yourself as a real estate agent, and you will not have to march to anyone else's drum.
And so, dear Tony, I think your career choice is a wise one. I hope everything goes well for you!

Well this is the most definate time to
enter into real estate. (especially if you were in so calif. ) My house jumped up 50,000 dollars in value in less than 4 months. None the less with the stock market wavering still. Most investors are sinking that green stuff right into Real Estate.
So definately is the time to go for it. I must advise though.... That you prepare to seek other venues as well. Perhaps sitting on that money until the stock market takes a turn up. Because then is when Real Estate will fall. Since you are young, take a look at past history of the rise and fall of Stock market as well as Real Estate. For those stock market junkies......thousands of dollars, tis wise to transfer those funds into stock related real estate. Companies like Country Wide Loans, First Horizon etc....
Hope this helps
