My daughter is cap moon and I am the quintessential typical crazy mom. I date, never married, into tarot, astrology, gemstone healing and I dont hide it (she actually has a friend with a mom just like me she said which I know made her happy). I will mention Im getting a tattoo, nose pierced and do it...she's like "i didnt think you were serious". My daughter is a very good girl, always gets her work done, straight A's, athletic so I dont feel the need to ground her or reprimand her much but I do call it out when she disappoints me such as when we need to be in same kitchen area at the same time she will just cut in front of me or even push me to get where she needs to be. I was like "respect to you mom always in these situations, if momnma aint happy aint no one happy" and when she lets the door hit me on the way out, she quickly learned to NOT do that, hold the door for me while im carrying heavy things. Basically, what Ive ever gotten onto her about are ways to be more respectful to mom and others. The only time she was grounded for 1 night was when I caught her helping the boys soccer team in short shorts when it was snowing outside. When she was younger we cuddled all the time and even slept together alot but when she turned 10 that was all over. Now I basically creep her out if I get too close. I am learning to not be offended but I still worry and let her know that I notice she treats me like Im a disease sometimes. Perhaps I shouldnt do that. I had my aries moon opp pluto under control before she was born but there have been a couple instances where I have really gotten mad about her non-chalant total disrespect and I let her have it, in which I would apologize later for my rage, but still let her know its not ok. She is a virgo sun, cap moon, pisces rising. I am Leo sun and rising and aries moon. We are both virgo venuses. IP: Logged |

How was your mother like? My biggest fear is being unpredictable. If i didnt have my hades aries moon under somewhat control, I could totally see that playing out for her. She is aloof and lazy sometimes which alerts to me that she is comfortable around me and her surroundings so even though she needs to pick up after herself, Im glad she feels comfortable at home, not afraid of mom blowing up, etc.
