Topic: Scorpio or Sag Ascendant?

Are there any Scorpio ascendants out there? I am very close to Scorpio and there is some problem with the time of my birth. There was a very difficult birth. Is there some way you can tell if I'm a Scorpio rising instead of Sag? I do have long legs and a Sag attitude, but my Mars is in Sag, and my Venus is in Aries, so it's hard to tell.I have several friends with Scorpio risings and we are very similar, any advice? Natasha

Typical scorpio ascendant is VERY easy to tell. They all have very intense eyes and they love to stare at people. They rarely make the first contact with people. And they are either very skinny or a bit hefty. Never or rarely average weight. Men seem very animal sexy, and women sometimes look grumpy or annoyed. They're also very sarcastic if they're in a bad mood. Sadge ascendant is a very common position, lots of people have it, and they always have the greatest legs, even the guys! They also rarely dress up, their favourite clothes are sweatshirts, pref; with hoods.
Bob Dylan has a sadge ascendant and he's always wearing that sweatshirt when he's not working! With the hood.
Sports clothes fanatics usually have a strong jupiter ascendant. IP: Logged |

Well I was always known for being pretty grumpy when I was younger, but I have been getting less grumpy as i get older. I love sports clothes so that's probably it, but I do like dress up too. It's tough because I have (if sag rising) Mars on the ascendant and Venus in Aries, plus moon in the 8th and pluto in the 10th conjunct midheaven. That's a lot of mars influence.I am very plutonian, and intense and secretive, but then again my Neptune is in Scorpio in the 12th trine my moon and north node in the 4th. My mercury is gemini/7th house, my third house is ruled by Aquarius/Pisces. Sag risings are good with the law and social work, I am into art and the sciences. I just don't know if I am a Sag rising but I relate to Bob Dylan a lot. Then again, Bob has a Gemini Mercury, and Sag Mars like myself. Natasha

I agree about the scorpio eyes, plus Sadge usually always makes wise cracks all the time, pretty lame ones too! hahaa

Hey esthenri:There was a reason I asked what your Merc & 3rd Hs were. Do you ever feel any frustration in communicating, in the sense that you are thinking a lot of things you want to express, but end up keeping them to yourself? If yes, I'd say your Scorpio Rising. If not, if you are always gregarious and never really hold back your initial thoughts, then Sag. I am Libra with Scorp in Mars, Merc & Nep. I've had trouble expressing my "air" thoughts. Or when I FINALLY do, it will occassionally come out a bit more sarcastic or "stronger" than I intend.
 (That's why I stick to writing and quiet healing)... hee hee

Thanks to both of you, no I didn't know, I thought it was Sag (for Bob Dylan) I sure relate to him..My best feature are my eyes, and yes I am a bit intense. I just don't seem like other Sag risings that I know, who are more breezy about life. I love Dylan's verse "You've got a lot of nerve to say you are my friend, you just want to be on the side that's winning

Another reason I feel close to his energy
He has Saturn in Taurus/5th house, Uranus in Taurus, Mercury in Gemini/7th house, Chiron in Cancer/8th house, and Neptune conjunct his North Node. No wonder, he seems to have the inside track on my mind. Plus his Sun is in the sixth like mine, and his Venus is in the 6th.Wow,

DAMN Esthenri:I haven't listened to the old Dylan stuff in a while and never realized how intense those lyrics are. I'm going to listen to my vinyl Dylan again. YES... VINYL the original purchase way back when! LOVE the Time Out Of Mind CD... I just think it's his best so far... I have that one too...

Heheh Scorp ascs are the sexiest! Cancer ascs are cool too, it's possible I have Cancer asc, as some have theorized, but i don't think so. I'm quite sure I am Virgo asc. But wouldn't it be weird if i did? Sorry, changin the subject a bit but go with what you feel!IP: Logged | |
