Hi guys

I would appreciate if someone could explain why my chart tells me I have Sun square Moon (Pisces versus Scorpio), when for the same signs it tells me I have Sun TRINE my Uranus.

Surely a square is a square is a square?

Cheers,

Swerve

It's all about orbs!
A square is a square, that's not what we're talking about, but it's only an aspect if it's within 7 degrees. The same thing with the trines. You can't just look at the planets, the orb determine if you've got an aspect or not. For instance If My sun is in Aquarius 28 degrees and my moon is in pisces 1 degree, what would that aspect be? A conjunction 3 degrees. It's all about orbs and math.

yep! I used to worry about these aspects too a long time ago. It's tricky, but it's good brain exercise!

I'm jumping on this orb thing...

So the example you gave goes for conjunctions, trines & sextiles?
