Most of what is going on for you now is being triggered by this transit and its aspects.

Uranus oppose Moon - Sudden changes in your life brought about by your unconscious emotional patterns. Several of your transit aspects indicate that a lot of the baggage that you have carried forward from your childhood and formal relationships is what is creating confusion for you right now. You need to spend some time considering these areas in your life. This will be made doubly difficult by a Uranus Neptune Square occuring right now. That aspect wil make it difficult to focus on reality, not desires and emotional reactions steming from your unconscious.

Fortunaely, Uranus is also Trine Saturn right now providing you with the capability to bring your focus to the areas in your life that will be most productive for you.

The whole thing comes down to figguring out what it is that you really want to do in life, ignoring others opinions, and going for it. The key is finding the job that brings you the best chance for personal growth and satisfaction, not necessarily finacial rewards or recognition.

If the job in Japan provides you with the opportunity to grow and contribute, stay another year. If it only provides you with an illussion of security and is a reflection of your unconscious desires, give it a more realistic evaluation.

Your planets now are forcing you to consider why you are doing what your doing, in order for you to learn more about yourself and grow. Its also mudding the water so you have to really think about what it is you want, what you need, and what options you have.
