My ascendant is in Cancer.

My Physical Traits are: A round baby face, I'm light skinned (pale), 5'5, I cry easy, I have a slightly big belly, but I'm not fat.

Like I posted a new topic recently regarding my Asc at 29.48 degrees in Taurus. I used to be a little rounder.

Gemini Asc. 5'3 (but I wear heels to compensate), oval face, even features, curvy/rounded, small hands and feet. My weight can fluctuate easily-I'm now in a thinner phase. I have fair skin with rosy cheeks and my face gets red very easily.

My ascendant is Aries

My physical traits are:
Dark, fairly thick eyebrows, an athletically trim, yet healthy build and my weight fluxuates only a 5-10 lb range up or down from my typical weight, an oval face shape, a pretty tall height 5'7", and strong arms and legs (except for my flat feet)

I have to post on the other thread later ( about sensitivity) as I can't recall which part of my body is sensitive.. right now it is my head, as I stupidly drank too much last night.

Leo Rising
I am 5'7, 120-130 lbs is my range, right now I'm on the high side of that . I have an oval/long-ish face, high-ish cheekbones, big eyes, full but small lips ( think Drew Barrymore) A Curvy body, but more on the bottom than on top. It hasn't always been that way, but my babies sucked my breasts away. Curly hair,fair skin.
What about physical detriments? I have worn glasses since grade five... I most often wear my contacts though.
Oh, feet- a high arch.

I have Leo rising. Pixels description especially of her face matches mine exactly.
I am only 5'4 though .I have red curly wild hair, which does look somewhat like a lions mane if I just let it be natural.

Interestingly I have gold flecks in my eyes, a bit like a lion also.

Wow, this is funny. I, too, am Leo Rising. I look a lot like pixelpixie and starflower, except I'm 5'6", my chest is always bigger than anything else on my body, and my mane is straight instead of curly (though I have an appointment for a perm on Thursday). I have golden-brown eyes with some flecks like starflower. People have said I look like a combination of Drew Barrymaore and Mariel Hemmingway. (Much closer in age to Mariel than Drew.)

Starflower~ I have wavy curly, "wild" hair too! If I let it go natural, you'd think the eighties were back full swing! I look like little orphan annie and a glam rocker band combined, lol. Plus, I also have gold flecks in my eyes too. Very leonine eyes.. green, yellow and light brown, hazel, I guess. Neat, huh?
We are poster children for Leo rising!

Fishkitten, we posted almost the same time, so I am editing now.... This is some neat stuff!

Who would have thought it? I'm laughing here thinking about how everyone just loved my hair in the 80's - it was right on then. Of course I spent the last few years with the straightening irons every morning!

whoa.. weird.. I'm a Leo rising too and I would say I have some of those traits..

My face is abit more on the square side but my cheekbones are high. I have small but full lips and blue/grey eyes with a golden 'corona' around the pupil. The complexion of a redhead with a smattering of freckles but my hair is more on the medium brownish side with red highlights.. very long- to my lower back- and straight.

I'm tall, 5'10" and somewhat curvy weighing in at about 150-160. Mostly in my butt and hips (Saggi sun)though cause my kiddo sucked the fullness right outta by breasts as well.
I like to dress sorta quirky. I have an unusual dress code that leans toward colorful and tastefully mismatched. Though it has toned down as I get older.. I looked like a hippy/gypsy/clown in highschool.

When I did the Animal Totems, I noticed there were a lot of you Leo's and Rising's.

In medical astrology, they forgot to include THE HAIR for Leo's. (hee hee)...

But it's true. That's the number one thing. Lisa Marie Presley is always changing her hair style and color, and it's always GORGEOUS because she has Leo Rising.

BTW, Drew Barrymore has Gemini Rising.

Pixie, you are beautiful. Like Harpyr, my face is more square. (My ancestry is English, French, Native American, and German in relatively equal amounts. The last two give me a square jaw line.) It sounds like I dress a bit like Harpyr as well...that is when I'm not doing Archaeology. When I am at a dig I look like..well...a ditch digger. And since I am missing far too many vanity genes to be socially acceptable at all times, I have been known to go to the pub after work in my dig clothes. Someone once gave me a baseball cap that said. "Yes, my parents know I dress like this". I always put my strange dress habits down to my Pisces sun.

And hey girls with curls...they are coming back in. Viva big hair.

Libra rising, Gemini sun here.

Keyword is SMALL.
5'0, petite, skinny Asian build, small hands, feet, etc. Any fat I acquire goes to my tummy instead of to my toothpick arms. Black hair, bushy eyebrows plucked thin, chin sticks out a little. Look frail but quite strong (and high-strung). I also look pretty young for my age, so I keep getting mistaken for a 14-year old.

if you want to see what I look like? I am a Libra, and I have an Aquarius ascent. I am a "few" pounds overweight right now, but I am 5'7, medium build, curvey, but not too big up top, have high cheekbones, esp. when I'm thinner you can notice them. Green eyes and my hair(Brunette) was fairly straight, but since I got it layered I have curls now! In the summer I get natural Blonde streaks in it. I was told a lot when I was a little girl I looked like Laura Ingles - from little house on the prarie!lol. My oldest brother, who is a scorp. looks like Michael Landon(who also was a scorp!) ha ha Could have re-made that show! Oh I have fairly big feet with high arches, and I hate my hands, which I think are too big for a girl!(yuk)

I totally buy into the cultural stereotypes of beauty too... I have gained weight this winter, and I constantly beat myself for it, as my weight has been actually below my ideal for the longest time, going above that is a little disconcerting. But you have a great figure, and you have to stop describing yourself in an unflattering way immediately!!!!! Thank you!!!

Another Leo rising, with Pluto and Uranus both conjunct the Asc. I present a mixed bag.

I have fair skin, green almond-shaped eyes, definitely Aries eyebrows (sun, merc & venus), full but not big lips. Long dark brown straight hair.
Chubby chick, always have been, probably always will be. Can't fight Pluto on the Asc., right?
I have pics in LL joints, but ignore the one with my hair up! I look like a mean dominatrix.

(Pisces Sun, Aqua Moon, 1st House Uranus)

^---From my and my husband's mini-reception (I'm a little puffy and...pregnant ) - he's a Scorp Rising, too, but w/ an Aqua w/ a Taurus Moon & Uranus & Jupiter in the 1st

Both of those pics are sans make-up (I usually don't wear any)

So, overall, I've rather straight, really, really fine hair (but that's probably the Pisces Sun), sharpish features (although with apple cheeks), & a strong chin. My lips are pretty big fer a white chick, but about the same color as the rest of my face in the above pic (because morning sickness _will_ knock you for a loop). My eyebrows are naturally as you see them there - I'm a bit too lazy to touch them.
Before pregnancy, I was 5'9'' and a little under 130 pounds &...*cough*...well-endowed.
So, I tend towards slimness, although I "man-up" quickly if I work out (out of US Army Basic I was 165 lbs...and that was all muscle).
I'm actually quite pale in the winter (even for my family) as is Jason (but he's Irish...whatya gonna say?), but tan-up very quickly in the Summer with no burning.
I dress...eclectically...but that's probably my Pisces Sun trine my 1st House Uranus acting up ; I could happily live with many copies of the same outfit, mostly so I wouldn't have to think about it.

hmmm I'm 5'8" Big, but evenly proportioned, Reddish-Brown Hair, Blue-Green eyes, Strong eyebrows. People say my best features are my eyes and hair. Pale with rosy cheeks.
