There are no particular aspects or planet positions that I'm aware of that indicate the homosexual orientation, but if there was I expect it would involve Venus.

Of course you can do a synasty chart for two woman or two men, the gender dosen't matter.

Hi,

In vedic astrology, if venus is afflicted by saturn and the moon is weak, then homosexual tendencies may be indicated. I have actually noticed some validity to this concept in the charts of several people I know. However, this concept does not necessarily represent my personal views, since it inherently implies that homosexuality is unhealthy.

In western astrology, the sign energies of gemini and aquarius are most likely to experiment sexually, or so I have read. If one has their venus or perhaps mars in either of these signs, they may be more inclined toward this sexual experimentation than others without this placement.

However just becuase someone has their venus in aquarius it doesn't have to mean a damn thing. Although, I am bisexual and I have this placement, hehe.

But please take everything I have written with a large grain of salt

-M.

There is no way to tell, are you looking to work backwards? Find a gay couple and look at charts or vice versa? The motivation matters.

Venus in Aqua, and Mars in Aqua is very tolerant of others, but not more or less gay when I think about it. I have known a lot of women who had bad experiences with men who are now lesbians, and they mainly have strong water placements.

I have known men who absolutely had no interest in women which is not the same as experimental, and they had Mars or Venus in Capricorn.

There are so many reasons people are gay that you couldn't begin to count the aspects. Some just like to be taboo or different, others just never had any interest in the opposite sex.

I suspect that being hetro or homosexual is like being right or left handed, both are a result of the genes or dna, and neither show up in the chart. I don't believe that its a choice, although the choice to deal with it openly or not is probably reflected in the chart.

I'm bi myself, like Marmalade.

I would suspect the only way to tell if someone is homosexual is to ask them. Of course I could post a link here but i can't because it would be slightly risque. If it's a story is it taboo?

Thank you,
Natasha

AHa! Gemini and Aquarius the most to experiment! Which would mean they wouldn't go good together because the gemini might cheat on the Aquarius, like what happened to me, because he feels the need to experiment. Haha I just had to say something- gee Danita- taking it hard

Bi the way -

I don't have any of the Aspects listed as of yet for possible experimentation.

You already know I think of sex as an artform, so which signs or influences are good at physical art?

My Libra Sun? Mars in Scorpio?

As for imagination, I do have a lot more of it when you add my Mercury Conj Neptune, Venus Sextile Neptune, and Neptune Square Midheaven.

Need a little more passion? Mercury in Scorpio, Venus Conj Pluto, Neptune Sextile Pluto...

Don't know what to do with myself, I tell ya...

(Ya just KNOW I'm keeping this conversation on the lowdown, or else we'd be here forever.)

I also have a bit of a theory. If you are a woman with a strong Square to your Moon, it may have put a strain on the relationship with your mother.

Almost all the lesbians I know have strained relationships with their moms. And most gay guys I know have strained relationships with their dads.

OR, in the case of a T-Square, your same-sex partner may be the same sign, or strongly influenced by, the sign in your Empty Space. That person is literally the 4th leg of the table for you.

"...what else can I say? Everyone is gay..."

Greetings...

According to Linda the aspects are:

Venus SQR or OPP Neptune
Moon CJN, SQR or OPP Neptune
Venus CJN, SQR or OPP Uranus
Venus TRI or SXT Uranus (she thinks this was stronger than the above)
Venus CJN Uranus in 5th or 8th House
Neptune or Pluto in 5th or 8th BADLY ASPECTED

Her rule was that more than ONE of these aspect was necessary to indicate homosexuality, ONE aspect alone would not be enough but 2 or more might show a tendency.

As with anything a little critical thinking and judgment is necessary, but in her experience, these seemed to be the most common aspects, and from my 20+ years experience, she is not wrong.

These were not published in any of her books, but we discussed them whilst I was working with her back in the day.

In the Light...

HHHHHmmmmmm......
I have Neptune in the fifth, and Venus sextile Uranus.
I am accepting of the lifestyle and feel no one should be looked down upon for who they choose to love. (unless of course, it is something inherently deviant and restrictive like adults and children (gag, spew, sad, sick sick sick)
For myself? Same goes.. though I haven't experimented in my adulthood, I would. Given the right circumstances.. it would be fun!

Nope, Gloria you are special and unusual:>

Can you tell me more about the empty leg aspect? I do not know much about this and I am open to viewpoints. It's debatable,

I have a T-Square with the point on Venus in Aries/5th house. Does that mean I need to hang out with more Libras or Aquas? I do like Libra and Aqua moons.

What do you think?

Thanks, Natasha

Sorry, the focal point, I think the empty leg would be the 11th house? Venus in Aries is an T-Square and it's the focal point yes,

What is the sign of the Empty Space of your T-Square? And then, what house is it in.

I should be as gay as they come - Venus conjunct Mars in Gemini, Moon square Venus, Venus square Uranus, Uranus opp Moon, Pluto in 8th afflicted
I'm not.
I have experimented with a girl in my teens and the reasons weren't because of sexual attraction (or love) but rather b/c it was available and "safe".
Although I resent my mom a few major mistakes she made concerning me, I love her dearly and have always been close to her.
