Well hey and lookie here... I gots me a lion who's ascared of a li'l ol' prick in his paw. I ne'er was ascared o' a little prick m'self.. nope. Or a big one for that matter! I ne'er was one for that cold cold armour anyway. So there.. on the ground. I retain ma' knightship and my sheriff'n title.. but no cold an' drafty uni-forms fer me.. No siree. You just come sit with me a while, stretch yore big ole paw out and rest that mane on meh lap, an' This pixie'll pet all your woes away. Yup.

Was there ary an angel as good as mis sheffiff knight pixie? It aint that im afeared mis pixie, nosiree but i can feel that presure buildin in that paw til i think it could explode. That there thorn neds some atention fast. How good of y'all to lay aside your uniform of ofice to help a lion in need without thout to the danger you could be pricked by the very thorn that vexes me so. Ah, to abide in the lap of luxury. Yes, I believe the position of seamstress is open..... or whatever else you wanna be, it's our town, after all.

I think I want to be the town drunk. I can still retain my position of sheriff though, (and the newly appointed knighthood) as nothing worth a lick happens anyway..
unless you count that spat I had to break up between an unruly llama and a tumbleweed. Those llama's sure are fierce when cornered... whoo~hooo.

Well tahariel, I don't know that there are any positions for Fairies available. Dance hall, dealers, bar keeps, law enforcement, costumes, and those dealing with agriculture and our animal friends are open. What's your choice?

Perhaps there might be a need for a "good fairy" for luck for our enterprise but that's a decision for the mayor and council.

Well Sheriff Knight Pixie, I waited for you under that old Banyon tree till all hours of the morning and finally limped home. Course, I know a sheriff knight has duties and all and it's selfish of a simple Lion to expect a knighted sheriff to remove thorns and provide aid and comfort but I shore was lookin forward a few chucks under the chin and a little pettin. Right now, I'm not feelin much pain, 3 of my special martinis would get most through a root canal.

Well, *ahem* see....
I had the notion of takin' off ma armour when I put ma arm behind me an' it got caught in a rivet on the back o' ma suit. I already had ma leggings off, an I wuz workin' on tha top o' me. So's I had one hand all a'catched up behind my back and tha other one trying to work at it to pry the armour loose. Then THAT arm got a might stuck too, derned it all and damnation. So's here I was , shimmying around on ma' back, like a blasted turtle, makin' all these *ping* and clanging noises, feeling like the Tin man on a magnetic conveyer belt. I can't tell ya how I finally got out... as it pains my pride so. I can say it involved a bottle of canola oil, and a can opener.. but that's all Ima' sayin'.
So them's wuz my whereabouts.
I poured Soda all over the suit o' armour, in hopes that it would rust.

Now Ima' might curious to find out what makes your martini's so special. Can I taste one?

What do you suggest I wear now?

What a dreadful evening for you ms sheriff knights pixie. You should sue that armor company. How undignified flopping around on your back like a turtle trying to right yourself. Well, what can I say, I didn't know and went home roaaaaaring what with all the pain and disappointment. At least you got a nice skin treatment and you should be well lubricated for life, using a bottle of canola oil to free yourself. The silver lining so to speak.

What should you wear now? Well, you got shut of that terrible, cold armor, you don't like pasties or chaps so, I guess that makes you a "natural girl" so if that suits you, who am I to add my two cents?

Guess I got to confess, that shaken not stirred thing is just for the tourists. My name is Bond, James Bond, right. James is a sissy I guess. Why in the world would I want to dilute my martinis by chilling the mix with ice? 4 oz Gin or Vodka straight from the freezer, few drops of dry vermouth, couple of big juicy olives and you have an Emperor Martini. Careful, a little dab will do you---know what I mean? Want a sip---or two? Wouldn't want to be accused of tryin to corrupt the sheriff knight
