I totally forgot who I told I would post the aspect I have which causes this....

So I couldn't find the thread either...

Here's the info - hope whoever I was chatting with finds this and posts back. Anyone else too, feel free...

"Moon in opposition with Saturn.

You don't have much faith in people seeing what is good about you on first meeting. You want to do something for them, somehow show them by action and work what you are really about. You are never a lightweight, for you take feelings very seriously. Sometimes you can't help but be a party-pooper. You won't just let your feelings out without examining them. Contact with others may have the effect of putting them in touch with their more serious side. Some may see you as religious or meditative."

And for the record, my Moon is in Cancer 26.01 degrees, my Saturn is in Capricorn at 23.16 degrees.

Both your moon and saturn are in thier "home" signs this is a very strong aspect.
One thing I have noticed with this opposition is that women don't trust you, this is a jealousy aspect. (they're jealous) A very misunderstood aspect.
I have a sister with this aspect and women just hate her. Shes a nice girl and would never do the things she constantly accused of, but shes very pretty (libra) and shes nice to everyone and women take it as flirting. She is so unaware of it, and when it happens her feelings are always hurt.

Wow... that's right, they are in their "home" signs, and the effect of the opposition intensified with my T-Square.

But women jealous is something I've never heard. I'm TOTALLY not that type of girl who's ever gone around thinking people must be jealous, (in order to deflect from their faults)... however, with regard to issues of someone being jealous of me, I'm like the last to know! I've literally noticed that coming from a woman maybe 5 times in my whole life. It takes like a frying pan to hit me over the head before I realize it, but when I do, it fills me with such incredible sadness.

I'm not even a competitive type when it comes to like anything "female", so even then, I wouldn't have the excuse.

Do you happen to know WHY this particular aspect might do this?

Like your friend, I'm a Libra too.

Thanks.

Its not you its the aspect. Other women just feel threatned. Maybe its the Libra charm or the prettiness. Women treat her (my sister) like shes trying to take thier husbands or something. That couldn't be further from the truth. Shes just nice and friendly. This really bothers her because she is a high-minded and moral person.

Well, as far as women acting overly protective of their mate when I'm around, THAT is something I definately notice all the time, but never write it up as jealousy. I just think they are insecure. And don't know if you've seen my posts about how I'm NOT the type who goes after someone else's man!!! NEVER ever... I usually take the woman's side, and I just don't think that way. Have never and WILL NEVER date a married man, or a man who's been separated for less than a year, no less.

I've said this before, but I CAN come off flirty in very subtle ways, but I'm TOTALLY NOT doing it on purpose. There's nothing about a man admiring my body in that way which would boost my self-esteem. I'm very much into matters of the mind, intelligent conversations, and WANTING to make friends, whether male or female.

I went through a phase where for a few years, I tried to control it, but I couldn't. It's an integral part of my sincerity, honesty and communication. I mean, I've made it loud and clear that I'm a total social retard, so I would be the last to think I was making as much of an impression on ANYONE as I guess those "insecure" women give me credit for. I'm basically a loner, and a bit of a hermit, although most people upon meeting me think I'm the complete opposite.

But how does the Cancer Moon Opp Capricorn Saturn come into play?

Thanks.

Flirty is just part of the libra charm. Nothing planned or contrived
Its the aspect (moon opposite saturn) that is misunderstood.
Its because of this aspect that women find you threatning.
The really important people will see through this and love you for who you are.
Important thing is to be true to YOU and ignore the pettiness.

Yeah... I do ignore the pettiness only too well, which automatically eliminates a lot of potential friends. I've even ended relationships because of that, it just complicates life, is disrespectful, and only delays the truth.

My Libra Sun is in the 5th, which may add to that sense that I've got my black book and schedule completely full all the time. Not so. I'm more like the above interpretation on the Moon/Saturn opposition. Like when I meet a new guy, within the first 5 minutes, it never fails... they're like, "I can't believe you don't have a boyfriend." Or, "I can't believe you've never been married, a nice beautiful woman like you?" But they'll say it like I'm lying. Needless to say, bringing up the fact that I'm still single only makes me want to bang my head against the wall, having SO MANY people ask me that!

And I'm sorry for being so dense regarding this, but are you saying that the opposition somehow gives off an aire of "potential trouble on two legs"?

Is it more because those two signs are in their "home"? Or more because of the opposition?

Thanks for your patience, and I so much appreciate this theory.

Yes A.J thats exactly what I mean, its the aspect.(moon opposite saturn)
By sign your moon and saturn are very strong and capable. There in the best signs they can be in.
The opposition in itself is a powerful aspect, no compromising here its one way or the other. This also shows drive.

Ah! I just had an Ah-Ha moment...

This may be part of why I've confused people/guys. There's these two sides to me which are more in focus now. The decisive, articulate perfectionist (my Scorpio, Capricorn, Leo influences), and then the passive baby who wants to be of service, do good, and be acknowledged (my Cancer, Virgo, Pisces influences).

I've seen other women with these same facets with no social or romantic struggles, and I wonder, what is SHE doing that I'm not kind of thing. And no matter how much my naturally perceptive mind would go crazy trying to figure it out, I would never get any semblance of the truth. No substantial answer.

Even if I asked other people, they have no way to explain it.

But now it makes sense because I didn't realize how that Can/Cap influence made me appear to others. I didn't realize how strong.

No wonder I'm like a little universe onto myself.

LaLa - you have shown light on something incredibly significant for me. Thank you millions...

Well A.J you made my day. I'm glad you're getting it.
Lets expand on this a little further, your opposition is part of a T-Square? with what other planet?
The tension and awareness of the opposition must be resolved through the planet square the opposition. This is the "point focus", the nexus of powerful, directed activity.
Strong cardinal and saturn emphasis

Also your moon at 26 cancer is on a criticle degree. (pop over to the free astrology forum and check out the criticle degrees)

I've studied my T-Square for many years now. The Focal Point is in Scorpio, and the Empty Space is in Aries. I really have spent my entire life tuning and tweaking my intuitive side. All my life, I couldn't wait to get older because I knew I'd make less mistakes.

Since when I was younger, I was quite moody (Cancer Mooon plus unknown allergies to certain foods), when the stress between the Can/Cap Opp gave way, I had to rely on the work done in the Scorpio realm in order to avoid a "blind spot" Aries in the 12th House DISASTER.

What do you see?

what planet makes the square to your opposition?
right now tansiting mars is conjunct your moon setting off your T-square
Hurt feelings, emotional outburst, and miscommunications are typical.
I have a T-square also with the Moon, opp. neptune and square uranus (want to trade???)
for me the coup de gras is always alcohol. It fuels the fire and I always go (attack) the things that really bother me that normally I try to ignore. alcohol is the catacalist(?)

Alchohol huh? Whatever floats your boat, eh? It varies for me.

The Focal Point is what is Sq'g the Opp. So that would be Scorpio. The Empty Space is the side of the wheel where there are no planets.

A.J I don't understand do you have an empty hemisphere like top or bottom or the right or left side of the chart? You have a singleton right?
Ok you need a planet between 23 and 26 degrees Libra (your sun?) or Aries for the T-Square with your moon and saturn. The very early degrees of Scorpio/Taures will work (widely). You can use the angles for the T-Square.

My Singleton is Uranus in Leo.

I don't know how else to technically explain my T-Square in a different way.
