hmmm...
but you see, having read a lot of sun signs, I have started to believe that it wouldnt matter. and then, unlike western astrology, in Indian astrology, we take into consideration the time and place of birth too. In fact, she doesnt believe in all this and I dont know her moon sign too... She is a very sweet and understanding person and I feel that ti would work out....but then I guess all those years of reading too much astrology is playing on my mind...

Being a Virgo and having had an affair with one Leo and married another, I can tell you that I at least wouldn't date another one. Your needs will always take back seat to hers.

They are fun and exciting however, and they realy are sexy. You can never just consider their sun sign, their ascendant and other facters are just as important.

Hi, Virgo1975...I am a Leo woman, with Mercury, Venus and Mars in Leo as well, and I seem to be attracted ONLY to Virgos. I don't agree that it's always all about the Leo, because in my experience with Virgo's, they are the ones that have to have everything "just so" in order to be at peace with a situation. I spent more time catering to their preferrences than any of them ever spent catering to mine. I'm super easy-going, and Virgo's...generally are not what you would describe as easy-going.

I think it's a good pairing, honestly. Virgo appreciates the excitement and passion that fire types bring to the table, and Leo being a fixed sign, is the more constant and emotionally stable of the fire signs, a quality that Virgo also needs. Leo appreciates Virgo's descriminating tastes and dignified manner, as well as admires their organizational abilities. They don't try to steal Leo's thunder, eithor, perfectly happy to wait quietly in the wings while Leo makes an ass of him/herself.

I have some strong Virgo planets in my chart as well, and I do tend toward Virgos with a Leo flavor in their charts as well, like moon or rising, so my experience is probably not typical of a pure Virgo/Leo pairing...but, this is my 2 cents anyway.

hmm...I loved reading your reply because you took time to type all that and moreover yours was the only reply that seems to give me (a lot of) hope.

sometimes, I think that I think too much and worry too much...always living in the past or in the future. While I find lionesses (even my mom and granny are leos) live in the present. while one way I look at it, this seems to be complimentary...I often wonder if we are too much like chalk and cheese...
any thoughts on this?

1.scorpio- ebcuase of his power to control individuals.
2. sagittarius - becuase of his own ego and his blutn sppech wchich can cut crap the leo ego.
3. capricorn - becuase of his serious intent which won't allow the leo drama.

I feel a bit sorry for you having all this negative Leo-sterotype crap so am finding some un-biased info on Leo woman.
But she does sound lovely and you shouldnt let astrology affect u too much.. and if you dont know any of her chart placements, I mean she probably has a lot of water and earth and Virgo signs ect...
On the subject of Leo and Virgo, Madonna and Guy Ritchie are this match, he seems to have mellowed her out a lot!! And they seem happy together too.

Virgo1975, why don't you post your birth date, time & place, or all of your own placement from astro.com and we'll see if you have other elements in your chart that may help you to "get" Leo people.

It would be good to see the rest of her chart too, if you know her birth date. Then we can really get a good idea of the compatability potential between you two love birds. (or love bird wanna-be's, as the case may be )

Don't worry about people who have nothing good to say. They paint everyone with the same brush because they don't have the mental capacity to grasp that nobody is purely their sun sign, and no two people are the same, even if the same sun sign.

Nothing 'enlightened' about lumping all women born during a certain timeframe in the year, as having 'something wrong' with them.
Me thinks it's like the kettle calling the pot black.
Don't you realize that you being a Sagittarius, you have a great chance of making a good go with a woman who's sign trines you, in the same element, thereby giving you a mutual understanding in emotional situations?

Well, Archer, just tossing this out there to demonstrate that no two people are alike, even if the same sign....I RARELY buy new clothes for myself. I find it too much of a hassle, to hard to decide, and I just don't tend to spend much money on myself at all...It all goes on my kid, or home decor items, or bills. (sometimes on entertainment)...This is one Leo woman who would not buy a new sweater everyday for 35 days straight. Never in a million years.

So, open up that big brain of yours a little. Stop being so narrow minded. You know what would be funny? If you married a quadruple Leo woman, and had 6 Leo daughters. because that would be a classic way for the Universal Karma Gods to put your prejudism towards Leos in check. And I wouldn't be surprised to see that happen at all... And I don't think you'd hate it eithor.
