I believe each sign has an herb that is beneficial, mine so far is Suma-this herb increases feelings of well being, gives energy, combats anemia, stimulates and regulates hormones.I think this is perfect for my Cancer moon, since suma regulates the mood, and the hormone inbalance of the 8th house is regulated. Plus it's natural and doesn't cause the side effects of coffee, or sugar. Also I believe Taurus and Libra signs ought to stay away from sugar, but that's another issue, What do you think? Do you have a favorite herbal tea? Just super curious since I studied chemistry, and I wanted to know if we naturally seek out foods that are good for us, Natasha

I've tried many many herbs and teas, take a lot of herbs every day.I'm a Libra Cancer/Moon - I drink lots of green tea. Also works well in herbs is Ginsing/Gotu Kola, Spirulina, Bee Pollen, and a multiple vitamin. IP: Logged |

I have a couple of favorite herbs that I cook with - spearmint and dill. Latelly I've been getting hooked up on ginger - I love its taste, even in ice-cream 
As for tea - I'm currently researching the farmer's markets where I go in hope to find dried linden blossoms - they make the most delisious tea.  Maybe I should add that I'm a Sag Sun/Libra Moon/Pisces Rising IP: Logged |

Natasha, its funny that you say taurus people should stay away from sugar cos I'm addicted to anything sweet especially chocolate, which isn't good for the weight issue. I love coffee but I'm sure its not too good for me.IP: Logged | |
