3 years back when i joined my fitness center i was on fire. i lost nearly 15 kgs and gained some cool muscles. i felt like never before.after every workout i felt robust like a horse. but now things have changed.

3 years down the lane i joined gym again. this time there was no energy, no stamina physical or mental. i was completely depressed with life. i thought gym would help me out. instead each session frustrated me. wanted to go home as soon as i went to gym! i have gained all the 15 kilos i lost plus more! i used to feel as lazy as a bear rather than robus as a horse.

my father delayed giving me money for gym. it was so lte that i had lost intrest completely. i don't know now what to do. i'm not complaining but i have one question. will those days for control and robustness ever come again. here is my chart...

Well, a few things I can suggest:

Sag just isn't the most focused sign on the Zodiac. Like all mutable signs, Sags like to start things, then get bored, and move on, or get frustrated and quit. They lack staying power, and that's the challenge of every mutable sign: discipline. (You know, being someone with a preponderence of mutable signs in my charts, I cringe at this word myself, so I can feel your pain.) This is made worse by Sag being a fire sign: fire signs like things to be fun, and when the fun is gone, so are they. More bad news: this is even worse for Sags, who unlike cardinal Aries or fixed Leo, don't often associate "fun" with "challenging" but rather prefer their fun to be easy and laid back. If you're going to stick to an exercise regime, it's going to have to be fun, and not work, for you, and don't start with anything too, well, challenging at first. Because Sag is a sign that likes and needs socializing to be happy, it probably be best for you to find a work-out buddy, to kept it fun and to keep you focused. I know a Sag lady who simply cannot get herself to the gym, unless her work-out pal calls her - then she's flying out the door to the gym.

That you have so many "personal" planets in the 3rd house, which rules communications and mental activities, and none in the more physical, action-oriented houses, like 2nd, 6th and 10th, doesn't help. This seems to suggest you'd be someone who's more interested in thinking and discussing something, like working out, than actually doing it. Again, such an imbalance requires extra effort to learn discipline and put thought into action.

Lastly, Mars in Libra, which is opposing it's native sign in Aries, is notoriously idle. Unlike its Aries opposition, that likes to go charging off into action, preferring to leave thinking for another day (usually the next of never), Libra likes to think..and ponder...and weigh choices...and consider possiblities...and carrying on one-person debates that drag on longer than the OJ trial....always saying "I'll act once I've made up my mind." The problem is when and if Libra makes up its mind. When you have this sign ruling your Mars, which influences your will, your aggression, you determination and your energy, well, you can see there's a bit of a problem. Chances are that one of the major reasons you don't have energy to work up is because your Libra mars used up all your energy just dwelling on the idea of wroking out. Again, no easy way out of this: just discipline, discpline, discipline. Think less, act more.

i did fid out a workout buddy, another sag, but it didn;t help me. that practical capri asc went on his way and time.

sag is the most fiocused of all signs when it is focused.

my father says i only think and spealk not execute!

I am a health freak. I weight lift 3 times a week and I run around 35k-40k a week. On Monday, Wednesday, and Friday I weightlift in the gym for an hour each day. While on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday I run for 45mins(10k), 45mins(10k), and 2h(20k)

Girls also tell me that I'm like a girl, because I eat salads. Hey, there is nothing wrong with a guy eating salads!!!

Why are you waiting for a gym to help get yourself in shape. I would think a Sag would be interested in some sort of fun sport or outdoor activity that would naturally get you in shape. Possibly hiking, rock climbing, baseball, running, racquetball or tennis. Think outdoors for the summer...
