I couldn't help but notice your response to Archer about his mothers Chiron being in Aqua in the 1st house.......ouch, lol.

It looks like I need to do some investigating, I too have Chiron in Aqua @29 degrees in the 1st house. I know Chiron has to do with healing, but other than that I'm clueless. I was wondering if you could explain your view a bit more. Go ahead and give it to me straight, I'm a big girl, I can take it and besides....I'm sitting down already, *holds breath, eyes tightly closed*

here is my chart if that helps:

Thank you.

Here's something while you wait for more feedback :::

"Chiron in the 1st house: Chiron here can make you like a knight in shining armor, always ready to fight for the underdog. Usually, while you are doing this, you are neglecting yourself. You could also be a wise councilor (especially in health matters) but you seem to have trouble taking your own advice. A 1st house Chiron can be a gifted teacher, and, of course, you can teach others how to do something better than you can do it yourself. A neat trick to get around this: Give yourself advice as if you were someone else. Then maybe you will take it."

AND

"Chiron in Aquarius: This can be a sort of Svengali placement. You may have a genius for helping other people express their genius. Aquarius (being an air sign) rules ideas. Its specialty is new, far-out, revolutionary, shocking, and bizarre ideas, the ones that society hasn't caught up with yet. As always with Chiron, someone with this placement may be devoted totally to radical, new systems of thought, or reject them entirely. In both cases, they may not even consider other points of view. The solution lies in remembering that Chiron serves as a bridge between Saturn (everything old and conservative) and Uranus (out with the old, in with the new, and do it damn fast). Don't stick blindly with the old, but don't throw it out before you think about it first. Look for a way to blend the old with the new and you will make a start to dealing with your Chiron in Aquarius."

AND

"Has the sense that self has been violated in some way, manifesting in feelings of worthlessness, and/or that nothing is ever quite good enough. The lessons of Chiron here are in learning to assert yourself and to take appropriate action or initiative to remedy the situation - appreciate yourself and others for who they are. Easier said than done, as you can tend to be self sabotaging in your thought patterns. Remember your thoughts are powerful - you reap what you put out.

Make a list of areas in your life in which you do feel worthy. Identify your true value and how that value serves you and others. Don't stop listing until your heart opens to loving yourself. Also list the ways in which other's "bad" treatment of you has helped you to learn how to assert yourself and to value yourself more. Again, keep listing until your heart opens to them, and to yourself, for experiencing the lesson.
Chiron's gift is the acknowledgement of your true worth, loved for who you are inside. The Universe loves you just for being who you are. Strive to live truly."

AND

"Often gives deep connection to the psyche and the collective unconscious, but there are usually blocks to overcome. Here the wound is usually a sense of disconnection, distance, isolation and alieation from the world and from the Universe. This feeling of being unable to fit in may make us reject the tenets of groups or society, but the longing to belong remains.

Often, due to the sensitivity to the collective, people with this Chiron placement will be forward thinking and may be rejected by groups and society simply because they are ahead of their time - shades of 'discovery' here.
Try listing the special ways in which you are connected to life, to others, to the world and to the Universe. List the benefits and gifts of feeling alone, isolated and alienated. Also list the ways in which your 'differentness' is a gift and blessing to you and others. Write your thoughts and dreams in a journal.

Chiron's special gift to you is the development of an objective and original viewpoint towards life, and the realisation of the interconnectedness of all things. The acknowledgement of your unique gifts and individuality. Your right to be you."

Hey AJ!

Hon, thank you so much for your input. Doesn't sound as scarry this: lol

quote:
The first thing that jumped out at me was that she has Chiron in the first house in Aquarius! Like - woah. Tripple whammy.
What the hell happened to her? Something so painfully isolating she feels totally alone. Whatever this is it's affected her identity.

Looks like this is the source of her troubles

Although, the thought did cross my mind that I may be able to use it as a scape goat for some of my actions? or not.... heehee

I know what you mean. Just like Heaven made a mistake when it came to me. I should have been madly in love and rich by now.

Okay- allow me to explain.

First house is your own self, your identity.
Aquarius shows how you are different from others, how you are seperate and/or eccentric.
Chiron "The Wounded Healer" shows your pain, how you are broken.

So, the three piled up on top of each other like that is significant.

Your Chiron especially, being at the 29th degree, is showing how you are here to undergo a transformation in that area. There is somthing you are to bring to a finish, regarding you identity and where you "fit in."

I would interprit is to say there is a personal pain that sets this person apart from others.

Likely something from their birth, like a physical disability, or carrying an infamous last name, or being born out of wedlock in a fundamentalist society, or born into to a low cast. Something like that.

It may not even really be something "bad" but somehting that is percieved as a burdon to the person themselves, because it makes them so "differant."
