Gemini Nymph unregistered	posted August 18, 2004 01:13 AM I had an idea yesterday, as I was going through some very strange mood swings and "psychic hypersensitivity" that included a sudden burst of creativity - it's a kind of "phase" that I go through from time to time. Since this started on Sunday, when the it was New Moon in Leo and went through to yesteday evening, I thought maybe if I kept a little journal, outlining my mood shifts and the highs and lows of my creativity, if the weird way my moods-creativity go can be correlated to the moon, its phases and what sign it is in at the time. I thought this would be a particularly good and interesting project for me, seeing I have an ultra-receptive Pisces moon (and I'm a woman). It does seem I go through a cycle of some kind, but seeing a pattern isn't that easily to pinpoint. I thought maybe if I keep a journal I could keep up with my ever changing moods and figure out the pattern, if there is one. I wonder if anyone else does something like this, and if it helped them understand their shifts in mood and whatnot? What do you guys think of keeping a "woman's moon journal" (sounds like something Oprah would come up with doesn't it? ) IP: Logged

Just before the New Moon (when the Moon is conjunct with the Sun), there may be a time of questioning...the three days before the New Moon may be dark or difficult in some way-deep teachings are here....It is the time known as the "dark of the moon." At the New Moon, there is a flooding of light and awareness...New Moon is a time to begin things... The first week after the New Moon, energy builds...It is a time to focus on what you've begun, and develop it... The second week after the New Moon, which concludes with the Full Moon (when the Moon is opposite the Sun), is filled with energy and momentum...the best time to express, accomplish, to teach. The third week (the week after the Full Moon) is the time of culmination: the best time to bring fruition... The fourth week is the time of concluding and renewal...a time to relax and go within...to reflect...Don't start projects in the fourth quarter... As the Moon gets more and more full, psychic and emotional energies increase...The New Moon and the Full Moon are both especially powerful and propitious times... You really seem to be "in tune" with yourself. I am in the process of learning...I was wondering if you would take a look at my chart and tell me if you see anything that would make me sensitive to certain psychic "feelings". I also read something recently where you talked about some disorders regarding Mercury, someone had been talking about ADD, etc. ANYWAYS, starting to ramble, if you would take a look at my chart, I'd appreciate it. I feel I have some sort of ADD as often times I have a really hard time focusing. Anything you could offer would be great. Thanks a million.
