I'm not at all good with Solar Return, or Solar Arc, or Progressed Charts yet. But I had a question to see if I was on the right track.

In a Solar Return, if someone has their Uranus in the 7th House, would that mean that while in that House, there would be unpredictability to the point of instability in love relationships? And would the intensity increase or decrease according to Uranus placements & aspects in their Natal?

OH - and how does this differ from a Uranus simply Transiting one's 7th?

Astro- I would say that the 7th house ruling relationship in general, and Uranus bringing that aura of unpredictability and surprise to everything is touches, it would mean that your year may have some unpredictable relationship occurrences. Other than that... I don't know, I think it's more of a "tone" that your year takes on, rather than specific events.

But. You know what. Last year I had Uranus conjunct venus in my solar return and I didn't really have any unpredictable affairs of the heart. But it was in the 8th house, and I had some erratic spiritual stuff going on, and it came out of nowhere. Solar returns are really interesting but for me, a little hard to predict from. I don't know anything about transits really.
