Astrologers haven't quite incorporated newer neurological diagnoses into their understanding of astrological indicators of such triats. However, autism in any form is a very complex condition, and it's doubtful hat single aspects would serve as reliable indicators. We shouldn't expect astrology to be that mechanical anyhow. It's an intuitive science - it gives insight, but it's not a be-all, end-all determinator. Being AS myself, I had however discussed this on another forum, where I said I had believed that my Gemini Mercury on the MC squaring my moon on the DESC had something to do with my AS. Afflicted Gemini Mercury is begining to be looked at a possible indicators of neurological conditions like AS and dyslexia, but since I've noticed no indication that Geminis are overrepresented in the AS/dyslexia population, it seems to be more a specific indicator for those with this placement and not for people who have such conditions in general, if that makes sense.
In addition to having an afflicted Gemini Mercury, these other aspects in my chart seem to also indicate things that may be related to AS:
- a lot of air signs: emphasis on ideas, principles; less interest in people and social behavior; detached from emotion
- Moon oppo ASC, squared Sun: conflicts with emotions and thoughts, difficulty showing emotion; social anxiety
- Venus conjunct Saturn: difficulty expressing emotion and relating to the emotional responses of others; lack of social reciprocity
- prominent Pluto (Pluto rising, oppo moon, sqaured Sun): obsessiveness; intense focus on area of interest; difficulty in understanding/relating to others; problems with learning social skills; rigidness in thinking, behavior; conduct not in norms with social expectations; stern, intense facial expressions; emphasis on self in one's way of thinking; lack of social reciprocity; person easily misread and misunderstood by others
- prominent Uranus (1st house, trined Sun, trined Mars): unusual behaviors and interests; not in sync with society and social behaviors/expectations/norms
- Mars in Aquarius: rigid, dogmatic thinking; focus on principles and ideas over people and emotions
However, I stress these ar ethe aspects specific to myself and my natal chart that I can link to traits of my AS. So you, even though you're also a Gemini Sun, there may be very different aspects that would yeild traits common to AS.
