Hey you! I just did your chart. Looks like you have a Libra Rising and an Aquarius Moon. How exciting!!

This is the info i used: (is it correct?)
7/9/63
Pottstown, PA.

I'm going to post a few key things that popped out at me about your chart and some info I got from astro.com. You should check that site out, very informative.

First, you have the Moon conjunct Saturn in the 5th house. This can show someone who was timid, shy in childhood. Someone with strong, stable emotions but also a tendency towards depression. It also almost always shows that there was no mothering in childhood. Or strong identification or resentment towards the mother. Usually the mother was not physically or emotionally present. Or parental roles were reversed.
This conjunction is located in the fifth house, which has to do with self expression, children you create, affections you display, all emotional and romantic tendencies which come from the heart, love affairs....
With the Moon there it shows you express yourself through your feelings and youre always looking to have a good time. But with Saturn right on top of your Moon it shows you also have great control over your feelings. You may go back and forth between easily expressing your feelings and holding them back.

You have a Cancer Sun conjunct Mercury, right up at the top of your chart, conjunct the Midheaven, in the 10th house.

from astro.com:

quote:
Sun Conjunct Mercury

You have a good mind, and you enjoy talking with people. A good conversation means more to you than many other things, but you may have one problem. This aspect indicates that you like to take the active role in any discussion; that is, you are a better talker than a listener. Even when you make a real effort to listen, your mind tends to wander to another topic or to your next remark. To a certain extent you can't help this, but if you are conscious of it, you can prevent it from becoming a difficult problem. It may mean, however, that you can gain information more readily from reading than from listening to someone.

Your mind may or may not be fast, but it is working constantly. You have a great need to express your opinions, and you can't stand it when people don't take your ideas seriously. On the other hand, you probably take time to organize your ideas so that others will be forced to take you seriously, because what you say makes sense.

Sometimes this aspect means that you have a lot of ability to work with your hands. Certainly such activities as building things or working with gadgets are good for you as a way to release nervous energy that would otherwise build up. Without such an outlet you will probably develop nervous habits such as fingernail biting. You like to learn about new techniques in whatever you study. Anything new is somehow more interesting than what is old, and you particularly enjoy making innovations yourself.

Mercury conjunct Venus:

You talk to people in a way that wins them over. You are very good at soothing hurt feelings and at helping people settle a quarrel fairly. You say what has to be said, without being dishonest, but you express yourself so well that everybody feels good about it.

Mars in the Twelfth House

You may often be afraid to assert yourself because you feel defeated, and you are sure that any effort is futile. Your attitude may have resulted from being with people who haven't encouraged you very much. You must build up your self-confidence and disregard anyone who makes you feel bad about yourself. You tend to work in secret and to act behind people's backs, which you should try to avoid.

However, you are really quite a strong individual, and once you overcome your childish fears about yourself, you can be very effective.

Another positive point is that you work very well alone. All you need is for people not to discourage you.

Neptune in the Second House

You probably have a lot to learn about the value of money and possessions. You may feel that money is not important to you, that the world will take care of you somehow. Or you may be very impractical about using money, so that others can talk you into buying things that have no real value or are not as they are represented. Learning to use money and other material resources properly is one of the important lessons of life, and the sooner you learn it, the better off you will be. However, you will never be very attached to money and possessions, so you are quite unselfish and willing to give whatever you can to others.

For some people, this placement works out very favorably in that they know instinctively where to find money and how to earn it. This is partly because they have a casual attitude about it. They know how to get money, but it is not a major concern in their lives, so they accept what comes. With this placement, if you are afraid that you will not have enough, that will probably be true. You must learn to relax about money, to use it intelligently and try to get only what you need.

If you ever feel tempted to gamble, be very cautious until you understand your real attitudes about money. If you are relaxed and calm, gambling may be all right for you. If you are not, you should avoid it completely.

If anyone else wants to jump in, here's her info.
I'll post more when I find the time. In the meantime, check out astro.com. You can get your own personal transit forcasts there too. It's so fun to explore your chart when you first find out your placements. It's a never ending exploration.

26,
The reading is dead on, and that's scary, especially childhood influences. How could that possibly be predicted? It's such a profound detail! I had One mother who abandoned me and another who wasn't emotionally available. That's both the examples given! Would that detail apply to everyone born at the same time in the same hospital I was?
Would we all have the same "Mother" type?
Is my birth name part of the equation? I was named after the nurse who delivered me. My parents didn't have a girl name picked out. My parents were told I was a boy. They had picked out the name Joe.
My birth date is even ominous. The certificate they give the parents said I was born on the 6Th. My birth certificate says the 9Th. Since I went into foster care, it was celebrated on the 6Th, for seven years. When I went to live with my real dad and step mom, it was celebrated on the 9Th. Dad said it was the ninth...
The money ideals fit to a T. Every other astrological reading has said the complete opposite about my finances. I am anything but a tight wad! Interestingly, money does just "come" to me. I'm not even close to middle class, but whenever I need it, money appears, in some form.
The details about listening were funny. I do forward think about what I'm going to say, I do daydream twenty minutes in advance of what the person is saying. But to be honest, I think this is a gift. I think I intuit what they are going to say, before they say it. And like an Indigo child, my mind doesn't want to wait for the person to formulate the words. I am not the most patient person in the world! I am working on that.
I do bite my nails... since I stopped painting- twenty years ago!
I wanted to post a photo of a pastel drawing I did when I was 15, but it's framed and I keep getting glares when I try to phonograph it.
Anyway, a good part of the Decoz chart does not fit me. (the parts you didn't list)
I gave you my first name, as I use it today. I was named Marybeth and really didn't have a middle name.
I heard that your future can be read in your chart too. Is that true?
What is exciting about a libra rising and an Aquarian moon? Lots of moon, water stuff?
Bye for now.

Wow Philly,

I'm glad it was so spot on. Amazing isnt it? Yes, Ive observed the Saturn/Moon conjunction before and it always seems to show the mother not being around. As soon as I saw that you had that aspect, I wondered about your relationship with yours.
I am close to someone with the same placement (just in a different sign) and he was abandoned by both parents and raised by a grandmother who pretty much let him raise himself.
Interesting about the different dates surrounding your birth. At least you had your dad there to tell you the true date.
Yes, about the money thing. I have a similar placement with Pisces on the second house cusp. You have Neptune in the second. Neptune rules Pisces, so there's a similar vibe there. I can relate to the money just 'coming to me' thing too. Little windfalls here and there. I'm the same way as you, very generous, although I'm far from rich.
And with a Mercury/Venus conjunction in Cancer, you are one that definitely has a way of soothing people with your words. Being in a water sign shows that you would be intuitive too, like you said.
You mentioned "Decoz chart", I'm not sure what that is. Try this link for astro.com. http://www.astro.com/ If you go up to the right corner you'll see, "My Astro", click on it, and you can store up to 4 peoples charts in it for free.
And yes, you can 'read your future' through astrology - in a way. The future is never set in stone, any good astrologer will tell you that. You always have free will. But by looking at your Transits and Progressions you can see some of the influences and planetary energies affecting you, and this can help you in descision making. You can do all this on that site. After you enter your birth data, you can click on Forecast, and you get a very personal forecast of your own transits.
