Is it true that aquarians with a stronger uranus influence tend to interact more with taurus sun people???

and what are the other significant diffrences between aquarian sun people with a uranus influence and of course aquarian sun people with a neptune influence???.

I would assume the Uranus influence would make the person that much more Aquarian... but it would depend on the house.
