Does anyone know anything about Dark Moon Lilith and specifically what it may mean in Synastry charts? For example, if one person's Dark Moon Lilith conjunct's another person's Venus, what would that mean?

astro.com has a good article on Lilith and I think we had a thread about it a while ago, I'll try and find it for you (if I didn't imagine it)..
All I remember is that it has something to do with "how we let go"..it complements the moon, but it's different..it has to do with our relationship to sacrifice..I don't remember very well...it's pretty intriguing.
I'll be back.

wow! that's a great article, thanks for sharing. I am definitely going to look more into Lilith, it's so interesting!
I couldn't find that thread, I guess I must have imagined it.
Here's something ok that I found: http://groups.msn.com/HOROSCOPESCHAT/lilithchiron.msnw

and here is the astro.com article, if you haven't read it yet:

anyone here a Frasier fan? Remember his ex-wife..interesting, huh? I'm sure that was deliberate.

sorry, I had to share this. After reading that article you posted rasberry, I went to check my ex's chart and noticed he has Lilith in Aquarius (my sun) in his 7th house....hhmm...

makes me kind of sad.

Mine is in Taurus in the 8th house..not that I really understand what that means. It's also opposing my Mars...Interesting, I guess Lilith sounds like the female counterpart of Mars..with Venus being like Eve..
I don't know I'm just musing. Anyone have any thoughts to share?

The Lilith's are a very tricky subject, as I have mine in Leo in my 4th House, and which I JUST mentioned in another thread, I have a jinxed 4th House.

Many misunderstand what the true placement is because the ephemeris' of the past did not take certain things into consideration. I wrote about this indepth in a thread and will have to get back with you on this.

But it has to do with "mean" vs. "true" - and is extremely important in order to study your Lilith's accurately.

Very obsure information which took me DAYS and HOURS of research.

Gah...I'm totally spazzing tonight because I meant to reply to this thread around three hours ago. ;P

Thanks soooo much, guys, for all that info...I really appreciate it.

And yikes Black Moon Lilith sounds scary.

I got this from one of those websites regarding BML in synastry:
In synastric contacts, apogee Lilith brings a sense of soul connection characterised by a mergeance of personal and impersonal attributes, but with an inclination towards intensity, the uncovering of deep-seated desires, and some danger of obsessiveness and pain.

Scary but it does explain a LOT.
