I'd probably bet on the settling down given that my rising sign is Scorpio, I suppose. Though I spent most of my life wanting to be paired off ASAP forever and it's only been the last 2 1/2 years that I've enjoyed singlehood and accepted that it's more likely to last forever than partnerhood would.
