This is one of the most frustrating aspects in my natal chart, and kind of overrules it at times, thanks to my moon pretty much being the focal point. Everything I've read about it rings true with me...arguementative, intensifies emotional nature (mine to the point where emotions rule over everything I say/do/think), doesn't hold back in expressing emotions, problems stemming from arguements with parents, changeableness, little self-control, fear of rejection, continous crisis...yes these are the negative attributes, and they bother me.

Unfortunately I haven't found anything that says how to deal with this aspect, besides learning self-control.

Anyone else have this aspect? How does yours manifest, and how do you deal with it? (p.s. my Moon is in Taurus, Mars in Scorpio!!!).

I'd say Mars needs healthy expression even more than self-control. Too strict control can just cut you off from your Mars energy and leave you empty and constantly tired. If you happened to have 'good girls don't get angry, ever' kind of upbringing, then facing the saltier negative emotions can be bit hard in the beginning, but Mars in Scorpio needs to go where others won't go.

Paint, take drama classes, sing - anything to bring whatever is burnign to the surface. You have emotional energy more than most around you - don't let anybody's fears to impose you.

Oh yes, I'm all too familiar with this aspect... Leo moon (5th) opposite Aqua mars (11th). Pain in da azz... Aqua emotional detatchment and flightiness opposing my Leo need for love, passion and positive, powerful expression... I've been dealing with this a lot lately, and realizing how much of this I can change. I think my theatrical nature is a good thing as I love being on stage, I can get out all my emotions safely in another character and not have revealed those 'oh so secret and impossible to decipher' aquarian emotions. Feelings? Who needs em... JK... but Leo/Aqua combo (also my mercury in Aqua is opposite my leo moon... how bout them apples?) is rather difficult, but I can harness these two energies and not sweat it too much... if I really think about it.
