Have you looked at your progressed moon, and house? And his? I can tell you one thing, if his moon is in progressed scorpio, 7th house, 8th house, libra, or 9th house, then sexuality and relating will be big on his mind and he won't stay away. Maybe it's in the 10th?

Do not ever stop looking at your progressed chart, it's very accurate. Last time most of my planets were in the 9th progressed, I fell in love three times (and this never happens to me), it's a very accurate gauge of emotions and needs.

Add to that long term transits, pluto, mars, and neptune transits and you have a picture of a person's needs and wants. Since your life is about your needs and wants, look at your chart first. Look at the progressions, moon in the 7th would be relationship obsessed. Moon in the 8th would be about sexuality, moon in the 9th is love, moon in the 10th career, moon in pisces addictions and breaking it off with toxic people..I have noticed most breaks occur with water houses/planets due to moodiness in others or themselves..

What's your take since you have the data?

This info is very helpful, as right now mine is in Libra/10th house and so appearance is very much a focus. Once I realized this I toned down my insecurity a bit, knowing that the moon will be moving into Scorpio soon. Plus I can focus on being seen in other ways at work. Instantly the idea appealed to me and I felt less insecure physically. Meditate on your moon since these are the motivations.

You've asked me before about progressions, but I haven't a clue how to read a progressed chart. Could you possibly help me out and steer me in the right direction? Maybe a good website or book you could recommend for a beginner? This sounds very interesting to me.

As you look at your progressed chart, you will see your focus-the Moon rules motivations and intentions. If your moon is in a fire sign and house, your motivations are warmth, contact, writing, music, creativity.

If your Moon is in Pisces in the 12th, you are struggling with compulsions and possibly addictions in friends and family or yourself.

The reading is similar to the natal one, only it's temporary. The focus is the significant thing, you have to meditate.

If every planet is in the 9th, be careful of money, I can't reveal the details of readings I have done, but I would watch yourself carefully the more planets you have in the 9th. The 9th is easily deluded and taken advantage of by others.

Mine is in the 10th right now and I am working with the public, and my career is a big focus this year. Last year it was in the 9th, it was all about love and support. Those with the moon in the 8th are seeking the perfect partner.

Check out 'The Art of Predictive Astrology - forecasting your life events by Carol Rushman. There is a chapter devoted to the "Importance of the Progressed Moon" in it. Great book.

whiterabbit, I was told (by a very good astrologer) that progressions DO have outer influences or events but the are more "inner events" or transformations although not exclusively. Transits are more outer things but the must be read in conjunction with one another. I find this to be true. If we are only looking at one peice of the puzzle, that is all we will see. Hope that helps a bit. *edit* also, I wouldnt count too much on natal interps for progressions.

I never knew that, about the 5th ruling superiority/inferiority complexes. That would explain a lot. My 5th is intercepted in Gemini, and I've always been painfully aware of who is smarter, and who is not so smart, as me. Now I know, partly, why.

One should use this excessive energy in working on the car if a male,or cleaning or fixing the house exterior. A female can do some heavy housework that she has not had the energy to do before.Accidents are possible, so care must be in driving a car and handling of tools or instruments. In a males chart he may argue with his girlfriend and regret it later. In a females chart, possible arguments with a female. Emotional flareups are ever present and need controlling untill this aspect has passed. Possible infections or inflammation in the area of the sign position.
Use common sence and above all patience. The 3 months will be over soon.
