Ok, I know opposite sun signs can be very attracting, but how much attraction do you feel towards someone with the opposite sun sign of your moon?

Say if you have a pisces moon, do you feel attracted to Virgo Suns?

Honestly, I rarely ever feel attracted to my opposite, which is Pisces.

Im Virgo Sun and Rising... so the attraction to Pisces is pretty strong, whether it be Pisces sun people or moon people.

I have a Gemini moon and am attracted to Sagitarians too, just in a different way...

I have sun in scorp and moon in taurus and find moon in scorp fascinating - but taurus sun not so, is it the two moons that have more of a pull, do you think. I also have venus in scorp and get attracted to others with this placement - is it a mirror thing? x

I’m a Pisces Sun with a Virgo Moon so the question is - do I find Pisceans attractive
I never thought about that, or maybe I don’t count...

Cappie Moon here - not attracted to Cancer Sun men, too dainty for my tastes, but I love the other hard-ass cardinal: Aries!

I was married to a Virgo with a Gemini moon ( I am a Sagittarius Sun / Aries moon).

I loved him, but not in the way I love my fiance. I loved his mind - we just didn't converge in other ways, even though he had this wonderful Leo Venus / Mars thing going on..it just didn't work.

They say that Sun opposed Moon is actually good and my ex's moon went along fine with mine. It was just that there were other factors.

Now the Taurus sun I am with has a Virgo moon. My Sun forms a big a$$ square to that moon, but for some reason it works. We challenge each other...even though his Venus in Cancer does NOT dig my Aries Moon and my Venus in Sag does NOT dig his Virgo moon...still we share that..sometimes when two people have cross aspects it binds them.

In the end..I appreciated my ex...loved his brain..damn did I love that brain. IN fact, there is a part of me that will still always love him, but not in the way that two people who are husband and wife love, it is more that we taught each other a soul lesson... and everyone needs that lesson in life in order to appreciate what "true love" is all about.

I am a Cancer Sun/Virgo Moon female. The "luv o' my life" (so far) was/is a Cap Sun/Virgo Moon male. It felt like he was my other half - most of the time. lol!

So, how would it affect two people in a relationship then if:

My sun is opposite his moon and (my Sag sun, his Gemini moon)

His sun is conjunct MY moon (his Aqua sun, my Aqua moon)

Other aspects in our charts:

My Venus Libra trine his Gemini Mars
His Pisces Venus is square my Sag Mars
My Scorpio Mercury is trine his Pisces Mercury
My Sag Mars opposes his Gemini Mars
My Sag Asc opposes his Gemini Asc
My Sag sun opposes his Gemini Asc
His Aqua sun is sextile my Sag Asc

Any feedback? Would this be two energies opposing each other or cancelling each other?(I'm referring to our first two aspects, our Sun-Moon). Would any other of these aspects

How would someone looking at these for the first time interpret these aspects between a couple?

Hmm, good question.
I have a Leo moon, but I've never met a sane Aqua sun, & I'm really NOT kidding.
I love peeps with Aqua Asc. and moons though! Although I have an Aquarius asc. so would that count?

I just spent some time at astro.com doing a poll, and many of my long-term relationships were men with Aries Moons -- what a surprise to this Pisces Moon!! I've loved one Virgo Mooner, and one Pisces Mooner, the rest were all Cardinal....weird.

Hi all,

Back to the original question of would you be attracted to someone if your moon fell in the opposite sign as someones sun - well yes and no!!

Firstly, this bit I do know. I think!!

If someones moon falls opposite (within orb) to anothers sun, then the attraction is quite mesmerissing (spelt that wrong I know) This is usually more beneficial if the moon happens to be the female party of the duo and the sun belongs to the male party! anyway, the way it works is thus, the moon is in effect having the bright powerful sun, reflecting it's light directly onto it and therefore the moon person would find the sun person very appealing. Expressing and reflecting all the masculine, positive energies and dominence of the sun itself and making this person ,seem, to be the epitomy of the ideal male. The moon would feel protected, nurtured and naturally at home here, reflecting and expressing all the qualities of the female energy and as such, the two combine very well. Hence I stated the benefits of the moon person being a female!

Now if the sun and moon are opposite by sign, though not by orb, there would still be a very small amount of the above stuff going on, but in my experience, it would not bring all the goodies along with it. Some perhaps, but nowhere near as strong as a dirrect opposition.

As for having Sun conjunct another moon, again it depends whos sun is who and visa versa. Obviously a male sun next to a females moon is the most desired, but often or not, this is not always so. Anyway, basically you get all the same goodies as with the opposition HOWEVER - due to the fact they are in direct contact, conjunct, you also get something of a friction between them too. This is because the sun is not actually reflecting all that is positive of the moon from this position, it is simply reflecting onto the moon and thus highlighting every aspect of the moon, good or bad and in turn the emotional energies of the moon is in turn highlighting potential areas which are not so nice about the sun.

With all that said, opposite or conjunct, they are both good.

Hope that helps
